  This is the second time the guys at the Ferguson Tire Discounters location have helped me out in a tight situation! They are very helpful and professional. This time Phil and Justin fixed the leaking tire I wasn’t sure I could make it home on even though they were about to close. They went above and beyond and stayed late even though they were busy and I really appreciated their generosity and great service.

  Went in to get a quote for a brake and suspension replacement as my car is a bit older, and I have not done much maintenance since buying it from the previous owner. Guy at the counter gave me a condescending look and said 'Nothings wrong with it though' I know. But they're wearing down and I need to know what to financially prepare myself for. Spent 3 hours in the shop for them to come back about filter, belt, and fluid replacements. Not what I asked for. (I understand that stuff is also important but it is not what I came in for) Was repeatedly told that my brakes and suspension are fine despite a different shop telling me my rear brakes need to be replaced before the end of the year. And at the end, they didn't even give a quote. They said they only give verbal estimates, something I was not told while I was making the appointment or during the whole time I was there until I asked for a paper. In response I was given a side smirk and a shoulder shrug. Will never waste my time here again.

  It all started 11:25/24 when I got these. They have been replaced three times already. And are bald again. I went to Fridays ago to get them to give me an estimate to use the insurance to get real tires. Was told. Hey, I'll give you a call tomorrow. Welp It's been 2 weeks and I still can't even get a hold of the area manager. She let the phone ring once. And then hung up instantly like some scam call. Then text me and says hey. Give me a call. I call and get no answer. I text and said give me a call. I got a k that was 3 days ago Tire discounters has no customer service and crappy tires. At least the ones that we can afford They rotate tires when they're bald. Do not even inform you that they're bald. They do not always forgive you a front end alignment when your front end alignment is off and you're covered under the warranty. 2 months ago horrible experience getting the crappy tires that they sold me replaced to come to find out more crappy tires. In 2 months my tires are already bald. You guys knocked out my front end alignment when you changed my tires. I came in yesterday seeing how much you get some real tires. Some good tires that won't go bald within 2 months. Dude told me he'd give me a call today. Maybe fix some of this reconciliation of the shoddy work that was done the last time. But of course I couldn't even get a call today. Shoddy work and don't hold up to their word. Only reason I go here is because of my warranty but I will not be getting tires from here ever again after this warranty's up. Thank you for reassuring. The tire discounter ain't nothing. No more
