  Oil change. Store forgot to put oil cap back on after service. Strong odor of oil burning. After 2 days I checked the engine myself at home and engine area spattered with oil and cap laying on the battery. Good thing I didn't loose it driving for 2 days. The store took me in pronto and rectified the situation. Expecting compensation for this inconvenience.

  What can I say? The manager, Jerry, seems to be incompetent. He was too busy half the time vaping in the shop area instead of assisting us. The store rather play games and screw over people. We asked several times to speak to the regional manager, Joe Roman, however, he decided to dodge us too. It was quite unprofessional for a business to handle sensitive cases like this. If a now customer, as you wanted it to be treated (ex employee), you would think we’d get better treatment. The whole story is too long to post as a review, but just know this establishment needs better management for situations. There has to be a training program they can take - this comes from someone who works in Customer Service management. So please, I’d love to speak to someone that is NOT Jerry Ghent or Joe Roman. Oh and on top of that? The car is still having issues! They wanted over $1,000 for a bad job that was two months late. However, it still is running terribly and it was a half done job. I honestly feel like this was done on purpose. At this point, we want our $742 back for incompetence and reliability. The car is not even worth that much! Now it has more work than it needed before you touched it. Thanks!

  I just spent $6000 dollars there on a car I'm giving away to my family member to help them out,and I ask could I trust them to fix it for me they told me yes and my window washing fluid still doesn't work easiest thing to fix ,Justin the service manager told me my car was fixed and it wasn't and he got mad at me finally the Gm they sent to help the store tried to help me but my car still not fix and I paid 6000 in one trip there.
