- MAmike AllenSep 28, 20265.0I arrived at the TD on Ferguson Rd with a flat tire, and the manager Phil got me in right away. He had his technician Brad assess the problem,he found the problem (a nail) patched it up and I was on my way. Thank you Phil and your staff.

I arrived before they even opened and waited about 45 minutes to make sure I could get in. Once they opened, they got me taken care of quickly and efficiently. To top it all off, they repaired the tire at no charge. Their kindness and willingness to help truly meant a lot, and it’s a great reminder that there are still people who go above and beyond for others. Thank you, Tire Discounters, for the amazing service. God is good! 🙏
- BHbrooke hartSep 25, 20261.0I scheduled an appointment to have my car looked at and when I came in for the appointment they told me I need a balance and alignment and want to charge me money before they even look at the car. I asked them nicely to just look at the car before I pay for anything. He said “what’s the problem? You don’t wanna spend money” I said I don’t want to spend money when you haven’t even looked at the car.” What’s the problem? They don’t want to do work ? Little did they know I had already paid for a balance and alignment at another place. I didn’t tell them because I wanted their professional opinion since the problem was not fixed. They wasted my time scheduling an appointment for them to try and force me into spending money. They would’ve charged me for a balance and alignment and when that wasn’t the problem they would’ve thrown something else in there.

Yes. Our Ferguson store has ASE-certified technicians. Many also carry Michelin Certified, TIA, and MAP credentials. We have ASE EV Certified techs for electric vehicles. Ongoing training is required, not optional.
