We are out of town, ran over a nail (apparently) while in a rental vehicle and noticed on I275 that our tire pressure was decreasing rapidly. We pulled off the exit and just made it to Tire Discounters before we hit the rim. Frank immediately responded, handled all communication with our rental company, and got us back on the road in one hour. Frank handled our emergency with confidence and cordiality, assuring us the entire time that we were in good hands. We certainly were. Thank you guys and we would be glad to consider future business with one of your stores near us back home!!

But Chandler managed to fit me in so that I wouldn't be stranded without my vehicle. He is friendly and helpful. He was able to answer all of my questions, And he has a very professional and respectful demeanor. He is an asset to this company! I will use Tire Discounters for all of my future vehicle needs.
