Drove there, after a 5 minute wait with no one behind the counter, a person came out to talk to me. Gets my information and then tells me he does not have the tire. He said that tires show "in stock" on the website if they can get one. Since when do you get to redefine "in stock"? Why did the site let me book the appointment? I asked how long would it take to get one, he checked his computer and said "I don't see any readily available". They do not care about customers. What a horrible business model. Additional info - check out their standard response below. 1)act like you care, 2) move the conversation offline 3) don't attempt to explain anything. They ask for an invoice number. Fine, but there was no invoice, because there was no tire. Which they told me after I showed up. An AI chatbot response does not show you care for your customers..
