  I went online and used their “book appointment” tool. It offered every half hour until 4:00 on Saturday so I chose 4pm. I called at 2:45 to ask how long it would take once I came in since I have a toddler and a baby. Brad answered the phone and told me “where are you calling because we close at 4.” I didn’t bother to argue at that point and said “if I bring the tire to be patched right now, how long might that take?” He said “I can be done by 4,” which didn’t answer my question. So I tried again, “if I bring it right now I’ll have to wait an hour?” His response “up to you.” Customer service and basic kindness sorely lacking. I won’t come here.

  I was stranded this afternoon by a flat tire, about 25 miles from home. Pulled into TD on Glenway at 3:00 pm with my flat. Unfortunately the tire couldn’t be repaired due to driving on it. Josh and Brad committed to getting new tires on and out the door by closing. They also had to fix an unexpected problem caused by the dealer. They delivered! Very customer-centric shop. Josh and Brad were awesome.

  Whoever the little skinny guy that is a service advisor on Saturdays he is a complete liar. He scratched my car after he denied my services for a lie. He told he told him he couldn’t mount my Tires on my car because my tires were five years old they were just purchased, but yes to make date was five years ago, but also the rule is six years. He just had a lot of business so he was trying to turn away anyone he could maybe choose this place when someone else is there, but when I called to ask about what I should do about it, the manager told me that perhaps I scratched my car this place will tell you anything if you are a woman or you don’t know much about cars beware
