  The employee named Andrew is a liar was forced to reschedule because apparently 430 is too late to drop your car off in the day even though the website allows you to book an appointment at that time forced to wait two more days to get my car looked at before a long trip was told it will be in and out when I arrive. I am told I have to drop it off and it might be sometime within the next four or five hours. I will make sure I tell every single person I know to never go to this location. Andrew should be fired for being a liar.

  Told twice yesterday I’d have my car back same day, once over the phone and again in person when I dropped the car off. Sales guy even said the shop closes at 6pm, so come by a few mins before and someone will have my car finished up and take payment. 20 mins before close I get a call explaining they “just got to the alignment” and it won’t be ready until tomorrow, no time given. I’ve lived in the Anderson area for the last 5 years, and have now purchased 3 sets of tires from the 5 mile location and had a few maintenance repairs here, each service experience has varied so much, becoming more disappointing each time. I was not in eminent danger and could have waited to purchase the tires had anyone been transparent about the time needed I would have made an appointment for the near future. In the past they have offered an uber home, this time I was told I could hang out at long as needed, glad I didn’t as I would have been there for 6 hours without even getting the car back. If I get the car the back today in time for work, I will have spent an additional $40 in Ubers, who knows how much it will cost me if I don’t get the car back in time for work today.

  “I had a scary day yesterday and thought I’d destroyed my rim hitting a curb. I came in pretty upset and at first it sounded like I might be out of luck, but DJ kept trying to find a way to help instead of just sending me away. Andy at the front has helped me before with tires and was, as always, incredibly kind and professional. Between the two of them they took the time to bend my rim back into place safely and got me back on the road. It was fast, honest, and way more compassionate than I expected. I’m really grateful for the care they showed me and highly recommend this shop — they genuinely restored a little of my faith in humanity today.”
