- EEErnest Eynon6 days ago4.0Took flat tire in yesterday. You were to call after noon when you got tire in to mount on wheel which was left with you. I had to call at 4:00 and was told you were ready with new tire mounted on my wheel I said I would be right over and was ther in 10 minutes. I gave my key and parked car near your door. It took your employee 15-20 minutes to accept key and then I waited another half hour to retrieve my car and have my receipt and paper work. Car sat out front apparently finished but your employee sensed no reason to finish paperwork and return my car. This was totally the opposite of all encounters I have ever had with tire discounters and I and family members (6 children and spouse)still in town have only bought tires from you since the 1970’s, probably over twenty sets of tires.

Original Review: Took my 2007 Honda Fit to the Red Bank Road location a few weeks ago to get the tires rotated as part of the 5k tire rotation service. Tonight, my son and his friends called to say the car was making a noise and vibrating. Turns out the front left wheel lug nuts were present, but very loose. Walked him through how to jack up the car and tighten. Tire Discounters was the last one to touch the car with the tire rotation.
