  This place and these guys are the BEST! From the moment Hemant first picked up the phone in the morning, to the moment I paid and walked out of the store that evening, it was nothing short of AMAZING. It feels like seeing old friends when I go there and always leave confident that my family’s cars are fixed right and that I paid more than fair prices. I won’t even bother with other shops if it is something this particular tire discounters can do, these are my guys. Hemant makes me smile every time I see him, and Chris is a heck of a guy too. What a breath of fresh air doing business there. Thanks again guys!

  I want to recognize Lindsay, Chris, and Paul for their genuine honesty, expert knowledge, professionalism, and excellent communication. Every time I come to this location, I know I can trust their recommendations and the quality of their work. The entire team at this location has consistently provided outstanding service. I’ve been coming here for nearly a year, not only for tires and oil changes, but for other vehicle service needs. Their integrity, expertise, and commitment to doing the job right are what keep me coming back. I truly appreciate the exceptional service and look forward to continuing to bring my vehicle to this location. It can be hard to find a team you can genuinely trust, and they’ve earned that trust with every visit.

  Chris the manager is great! He informed me that I needed a lock wheel key to get my spare tire off the car, to which I didn’t have after my spare tire was replaced from Valvoline. While on hold with Valvoline, Chris did a great job taking care of me and the car. He was able to get the lug nut off the car and then put on a regular one to make 100% sure that I was able to get the new tire put on today at the time I came there. He was very knowledgeable and explained what was needed to fix the car and how they can get the special lug nuts off, but without these special lock wheel key that they couldn’t put those kind of lug nuts on the wheel and just put on a regular one. He was kind, helpful, smart and serviceable! Hemant (front desk) was pretty nice, and did a great job making sure I was taken care of and checked in while I was on the phone with Valvoline. Great Job solving a problem and doing the right thing!! I will definitely go back there!

  I’m not exaggerating- getting my two rear tires replaced by the Beechmont Tire Discounters was the best and most positive experience I’ve probably ever had at any kind of auto shop. Specifically, Lindsay and Hemant, who helped me out front; they were clearly less worried about ‘just making a sale’ and more concerned with listening to my needs and finding the best solution to my problem. Originally, I was going to get some budget tires, and replace all four. I received a call from Hemant shortly after dropping off my car, and he informed me that my front two tires were still in excellent condition. He suggested using the same brand of tire on the rear, as I had on the front, so to not cause uneven wear. To top everything off- the turnaround time was incredibly quick. This type of customer service is rare, especially in the auto service field. I have definitely found my go-to shop for all of my service needs. Many thanks to the excellent people at the Beechmont Tire Discounters.
