  This location is great! No fuss at all! I dropped my car off at 12 and it was done by 1230!! They were fast and friendly. Highly recommend this location!

  Even though they put the weights on the outside of my custom chrome wheels, and after my blow up when I seen that. I thought about how Chris Costen took care of me and what I wanted when the other place would not. He was the reason I got my tires put on my wheels and I am grateful for him. He listened to every thing I asked for and put it on the invoice and was so nice to talk to and made me feel like a person and not just another customer. His assurance made me feel good about getting this done at this store at Cherry Grove. Thanks Chris.

  I brought my vehicle in for new tires this week ahead of our vacation. Lindsay provided top notch service! We’ve had our car in and out of camargo Cadillac all year dropping thousands of dollars for it to continue to not drive smooth and the customer service to be awful. Lindsay and the team called while doing the tires to report what else was needing replaced and FINALLY my car is driving smooth again. All in a timely, cost effective, and friendly experience. Thanks!

  I made an Oil change appointment online and it was confirmed. Then shortly after I received a text stating that there are actually no appointments available and to Call the Store. I called and spoke with Hemant. He reassured me more than once that they could get me in today even after I reconfirmed a need for an oil change and to change out my tires for summer tires. When I arrived to drop off my car, he quickly told me that actually they can’t do my oil change because the technician isn’t there today… no further offer to help or apologize and went back to what he was doing.I had already loaded up my car with the tires with the understanding they would be able to provide the service after already canceling my online reservation that had been initially confirmed. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. It is a waste of time and a big frustration for anyone who values their time, their money, and/or honesty.
