- DLDaniele LearSep 11, 20265.0I went to this establishment expecting normal customer service and was definitely not disappointed. I was given exceptional customer service Evan went above and beyond what he had to do and was very helpful and professional. They definitely have a customer for life!!!!
- EAEric AshtonSep 5, 20265.0We drove down 4.5 hours and our tire became unsafe to make the trip home. So we went over to tire discounters and they fixed our truck within 4 hours no appointment. Wes the GM is super nice guy and everything was done professionally. Thank you so much. Weekend went from stressful to stressless.
- TCTodd CapitoSep 3, 20261.0Long time TD customer, have always trusted their service and experience not only on my vehicle but also my wife’s and both my daughters. Peace of mind for a daughter dad. Recently had alignment, balance/rotation service on my truck and returned at right about a month with wheel vibration. Explained the situation and noted that both fronts were missing the balance weights. I also asked if the location offered road force balancing. They do and so I requested the service and left the truck, no rush. Next day I wait and call around 1:30-2. Truck is ready, pick up truck, notice receipt is for balance front wheels, not road force balance. Immediately noticed new weights placed right over top of the dirt and dirty adhesive of the old weights. At this point it’s obvious that two days of my time as a customer are worth at least a band-aid fix. Driving home I notice not only am I still vibrating on the freeway, but I got a bonus issue of a stout metal on metal vibration on the driver side, over uneven road. I pull over to find 3 of 5 lug nuts finger loose on the driver wheel, and yet again missing balancing weights, less than 10 miles from the store. At the end of the day I’m grateful it was my vehicle when it could have been my daughters. Mistakes will be made, but carelessness could cost someone their life. I won’t allow either from Tire Discounters going forward.
