- RKR. Christian KeelerJul 16, 20261.0I had an 8:00 a.m. appointment to have an OEM Toyota tire mounted and balanced on an OEM Toyota wheel. Before coming in, I called three separate times to confirm exactly what I was bringing and that the work could be done. The employee helping me, Sebastian, refused to answer even basic questions until he finished entering all of my information. The entire interaction came across as dismissive and unfriendly from the moment the doors opened. After completing all the paperwork, he then told me they’d “let me know if they could do it.” That made no sense considering everything had already been discussed over the phone multiple times, and this was a factory Toyota wheel, tire, and TPMS—not some unusual or exotic setup. Sebastian’s attitude and lack of professionalism are the reason I left without having the work done. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

And I actually spent money with them and got terrible phone service from the person at the counter. I get your busy but business has to get done

- JMJava The MochaJul 6, 20262.0Never have had any issues with the staff or anything like that, everyone there is usually pretty cool. But I would advise against going here. Apparently the last time I had my car here for new tires, they over-torqued the lugs during the installation. I had a flat over the weekend and AAA had to snap 2 of the lugs off just to get the spare tire placed. Long story short, that turned into a $300 repair. In my opinion, that really shouldn't have happened.
