Watching the employees while waiting, there was no sense of urgency. There was much talking between employees during my visit. The pulling out of cell phones as well. Really was no excuse for this to have taken this long considering the amount of customers vehicles being serviced during my time there. Normally this location is good. They treat their customers good but today was not the level of service expected.
