  The staff did an excellent job of accommodating my out of town windshield repair on a weekend. Despite the heat of the day they were in good spirits and took time to explain the car aftercare and wipers.

  The “quality” to the whole process was the windshield itself. The customer service was sub par, the people that installed the windshield left the dash a wreck in my car, the molding to the windshield was damaged where it hadn’t been before getting serviced etc. I had deterred from going back to Safelite because they had “fixed” a chip before and after the chip repair the entire windshield had cracked and it cost me $1000 to replace that particular windshield and I thought I’d give it another shot…that was definitely a mistake…I’ll never return to Safelite for any other jobs. Customer service is horrible, their techs clearly don’t know what the heck they’re doing, “resolving” issues is horrible….just all around horrible entirely. Go anywhere except Safelite!

  Great experience, fast response to my needs. Technician was very prompt, courteous and professional. Had to run the windshield replacement through insurance as out of pocket would have been 》$950.00

  Had a appointment for 2 windshields to be replaced. Was ro be between 12-5 pm. At 9:17 tech messaged he would be at home between 4-6pm. We waited and no one ever showed up and messages back to tech was ignored. Highly disappointed in this company. Poor service . When trying to call to report all was closed and no way to contact anyone. Multiple calls disconnected.
