  Jonathan was a great technician. He was super friendly. He did a great job on my windshield and took great care of my car. This was a very easy process and quick! Would definitely recommend.

  I can’t say enough good things about the team at Safelite Eastgate. What started as a small windshield chip quickly turned into a crack because of the extreme heat. Colin came out the very next day hoping to repair it, but when he saw it could no longer be fixed, he immediately contacted the store and arranged for a full windshield replacement the following morning. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to get me back on the schedule. Shane handled the replacement and was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything, including the possibility that my Honda Pilot’s calibration might need to be completed at the shop. I also mentioned that my wife had just had surgery and asked him to call instead of knocking when he finished so she could rest. He was more than happy to do so. When the calibration couldn’t be completed on-site, I figured I’d just have to bring the vehicle in another day. Instead, the manager called that evening and offered to have someone pick up my vehicle, take it to the shop for calibration, and return it to my house because he knew our family already had enough on our plate. Another associate came the next day, picked it up, and brought it back without any hassle. Every person I dealt with genuinely cared and went above and beyond what I expected. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, this team reminded me what it looks like. Thank you to Colin, Shane, the Eastgate manager, and everyone involved. You’ve earned a customer for life, and I’ll gladly recommend Safelite Eastgate to anyone who needs auto glass repair or replacement.

  Technician used a spring loaded punch to lengthen the crack, something that should never be done with glass, the process was finished with a razor blade which leaves a rough surface in the resin, this makes the resin visible nd keeps the “repair” from being hidden, now I need a windshield and safelite is not willing to perform a warranty replacement

  The Eastgate location was so nice. We had some issues with scheduling the mobile service but they took COMPLETE ACCOUNTABILITY which never happens anymore. I'd recommend them to anyone.

  The staff was incredibly kind, courteous and professional and the wonderful experience and environment created by store manager Mark and thanks to the the service from techs Jordan and Taylor I will be recommending Safelite to all of my friends and family and returning to their Eastgate location for any and all of my autoglass needs 😁
