  Got to work and found I had a giant screw in my tire. Decided to run over to this location to get the issue resolved since I knew I would have a lot more trouble ahead of me if I had waited until after my shift. I have a warranty on my tires from Monroe so I wanted to be sure I took my vehicle into one of their shops in case I needed a whole new tire. Thankfully upon my arrival, there was no wait. They got me in super quick. All I needed was a patch and that was covered. The staff here were top notch, quick, kind and efficient. If I need anything else from Monroe I’ll be returning to this location! Thank you all for making a stressful start to my day smooth and easy!

  I went in for a simple tire rotation and didn’t get out of there for an hour and a half. I had even made an appointment. They are understaffed and take on too many cars at one time. The upside of my experience is that the gentleman who waited on me was a nice guy.

  It turned out my tire had a tiny nail that couldn't be removed and fixed so they bordered a new tire and had it in the next day. The only odd thing was that afterwards they filled my rear tires more than the front and to different amounts. And when they replaced my tire they must have missed/lost my special red valve cap. Oh well

  I purchased new tires and a new engine filter after my car received a full inspection. Randy, Matt and Devin were very helpful. I was treated with the best care and service. Since my car is over 7 years old, I intend on returning to my Monro location in Montgomery, Ohio hereafter!
