  Brought my Subaru Wrx here for oil change. Nearly 4500 miles later and a blown motor. They used the wrong Viscosity of oil and the cheapest oil filter they could find. A blown motor later and zero accountability from this terrible place. The manager Brian is a liar and joke. AVOID BEECHMONT MONRO AT ALL COSTS!!!

  I have never experienced better auto service since owning a vehicle. This was the most calm, no stress at all, worry free experience. Brian, you have been an absolutely phenomenal. Thank you all for keeping my family safe on the road!

  Always friendly and professional. Clean waiting area. Not sure why the corporate decided to have the shop opened on 4th of July. The street was closed for the parade half of the day.
