  The most disrespectable people not fixing my car in over a year excuse after excuse and my vehicle was hit and a big dent in the door and they didn't even tell us or file a report terrible way to treat a customer

  Had car towed after break down on 275. Left it there for them to look at, back window was down. They did not check car over well at all, Window was left down during 3 days of rain. Inside soaked. Car belongs to my Elderly Parents. You would think that they would of checked if car was secured when it came in. Was there over one week. Took that long to even get any reply from Garage. Nobody knew what was going on with the car apperently, except for " Bubba" or something like that. We're very rude when we picked the car up requarding the window left down, don't know if window was left down by us or them, either way. You would think they would at least check to secure customers cars on there lot. I understand there not responsible for theft of vehicles left there, but common courtesy ( which they down have any of apperently) would be to make sure cars dropped off my towing service are at least secure. Complaining they had to use a jump box to read scanner they only had to push a button, the power was already there. So for $59 I got a "Probably " blown motor an soaked interior. If this is there idea of good customer service, it's pathetic. 0 on any recommendations from me on Customer Service, 0 on checking on Customers cars are Secure, 0 on Communication and 0 on a clear Diagnosis. Only got the 1 Start for not Charging a Storage fee for being on lot and car wasn't stolen or damaged. That's only my 100% Honest Opinion and Review. Will update there "Properly" Diagnosis after i check the car out.
