  I have a brand new Kia K5 GT, it's 4 months old. Last week I had a professionally ceramic coated and they did the wheels in addition, so I am very familiar with my wheels. I took my car in today to get four new tires put on because there were issues with the original pirellis. The customer service was good the guy went and picked up the tires that they didn't have in stock so that I could get it done today. But when I picked it up, the air pressure ranged from 28 to 32psi, supposed to be 35, not a big deal as I was topping them all off and wiping them down, I saw some huge gouges and some regular scratches that were not there when I dropped the car off. Like I said it's a brand new car and it was just professionally coated so if they were there I would have known, and they would have had to happened on the way there as I had just wiped the car down yesterday 😠 If this review allowed pictures I would post them

  Forty five dollars to get a plug in my tire service was fast and great, no problems with that.

  150 dollars just to get my ac looked at. No service done whatsoever. Ridiculous pricing

  I strongly encourage anyone reading reviews to take this seriously—this location should not be in operation based on the level of service I experienced. I spent several hundred dollars here, only for my vehicle to be misdiagnosed, despite us having a clear understanding of the issue before arriving. After speaking with Tyler, the branch manager, I was disappointed by how unprofessional and dismissive he was. Instead of addressing my concerns, I was told not to discuss the issue with him and to contact corporate if I wanted any resolution. To make matters worse, I had to return within 72 hours, only to be told it was an entirely different problem that their diagnostic system initially failed to detect. This lack of accuracy and accountability is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this location—and the brand as a whole.
