  My daughter used this lot several times while attending an event at the Aronoff. For some reason, the $7 payment did not process for one of the evenings. Several weeks later, I received a notice that I owed $102 for failing to pay for parking. After contacting the collections company (PRRS) and explaining the situation and requesting a more reasonable fee, I was requested to pay $77. I begrudgingly paid the $77 using their online payment portal, and then received a letter from an attorney month later stating that I still owed the full $102. I am in the process of disputing the fee and will be reporting to both the state attorney general and FDIC, but avoid this lot (and any other managed by PRRS) at all costs.

  Do not park here! This lot is a total scam and completely unsafe. Even though I paid, they still hit me with a $200 charge. To make matters worse, I walk past this lot every single day and constantly see cars with smashed windows.

  SCAM! Received a letter in the mail, not our car, supposed our license plate... Complete system failure.

  Avoid this place! Scammers set-up event parking signs and collect cash, and then LAZ comes after you for ridiculous no-pay charges. They admit there was a scammer that took your money but then send a payment request to collections. For whatever reason, they'd rather go after their customers than the thief.

  Such a scam. They moved my car without permission or any reason. I was already hesitant on giving them my keys but I was only gone for 15 min max. Rude people.
