    I have been bringing my vehicle here for service for the past four years, but unfortunately, I've experienced the same recurring issues during almost every visit. 1. Poor communication: My vehicle is often completed, but no one informs me. On one occasion, I waited nearly three hours before checking with the cashier, only to be told that my vehicle had been ready for over 1.5 hours. When I asked where my service advisor was, no one seemed to know. 2. Car wash is always unavailable: Every time I visit, I'm told the car wash is out of service. This has been the case for the last four years, which reflects a very poor customer experience. 3. Significant price increases: The cost of WylerCare services has increased substantially, and even basic maintenance items like brake fluid service are priced much higher than expected. Overall, my experiences have been disappointing. I expect better communication, consistent service, and fair pricing from a dealership. At this point, I'm seriously considering taking my vehicle elsewhere for future service.

    I visited the Jeff Wyler Superior Honda today. We were helped out by a sweet young lady named Genesis. She was one of the sweetest, most soft spoken people I have met in a while. She was so helpful and helped this anxious mom feel more at ease in the process of getting my daughter her first car. She is very knowledgeable in her job and I wish her the best in her future endeavors!

    I was a customer here for years when they were still Superior Honda. The last time I brought my car here, they tried to tell me I needed $8,600 worth or work, told me I'd have to add 1-2 quarts of oil with every gas fill up until it was fixed, and the odd part was that they tried pressuring me to agree to it, both in person and by phone, which I had never experienced here before. I told them absolutely not and brought my car to a reputable mechanic afterward with excellent customer reviews. Well, guess what? It didn't need anywhere even close to $8,600 worth of work. And no, I didn't need to add any oil with gas fill-ups. I checked the oil level regularly. I showed my new mechanic the written service recommendation after they finished servicing my car. He was speechless. That was about 17,000 miles ago and my car has been running just fine. Needless to say, Jeff Wyler lost a customer as a result. Not only will I never have my car serviced here ever again, but I will never buy a car from here either. Just a little too smarmy here for me.

    They deleted my first review ever on google so now i’m writing it again. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Came in to trade my 2023 Nissan Altima for a 2022 BMW 540i and after spending 6 hours in the lobby they tell me i’m approved and they give me a trash bag to clean out my car and to put my stuff in the new one. Well as i’m cleaning my car out a different worker came outside to tell me that I got approved for the BMW WITHOUT trading in the Nissan which was not the deal. I came alone so i had no intention of having two cars and when i mentioned that they said “Oh well.. You can come back and get the other one but if you don’t come back tomorrow by noon it’ll be towed. KEEP IN MIND I LIVE IN ANOTHER STATE. Then they proceeded to add $12,000 worth of add ons I didn’t want and now i’m stuck with $1500 of car payments for TWO SEDANS. What the hell were you guys thinking. WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN AND WILL TELL ANYONE I MEET TO NOT GO TO ANY JEFF WYLER DEALERSHIP. Oh and PS I’m a HONDA employee so imagine how they treat NON-HONDA people. 0/10 Stars will never recommend to anyone

    This was one of the worst purchasing experiences I have ever encountered. When I went to pick up my newly purchased used 2023 Honda Accord, it was not detailed, they left me without gas in the tank and no windshield wiper fluid among other things. Fast forward: 45 day tags expired and they had not yet processed the title in my name. Went to BMV on the 47th day and the title was still in Jeff Wyler Superior Honda's name. When I called Jeff Wyler's and spoke with a variety of staff, they took absolutely no responsibility for the debacle. I had to get a hardship waiver from the state of Ohio and pay another $27.30 for another temporary tag. Stay away from this dealership! I tried calling several times and was unable to get through to Chris Heck, the first time I was told he was on vacation, the second time I was told he was at a dealership conference out of town.
