Caution First-Time Buyers: Disheartening After-Sales Experience & Deceptive Practices I recently financed my first car, a 2023 Ford Bronco, from Jeff Wyler Nissan of Cincinnati. While the initial purchasing experience seemed fine, the after-sales customer service has been incredibly disappointing and misleading. When we were going over the so-called "add-ons," the process felt very deceptive. I was under the impression that they were explaining the standard warranties that naturally came with the car, not pitching optional paid add-ons. I trusted the sales and finance team, but upon reviewing my final paperwork at home, I discovered 5 extra add-ons totaled into my financed principal that were not clearly explained or presented as optional purchases at signing. When I returned to the dealership just three days later to request cancellation of these optional add-ons (all of which my contract clearly states are cancellable): Management agreed to remove 3 of them. However, they completely refused to remove the Pulse 3000 brake light and Ceramic Exterior/Interior protection, claiming they could not cancel them because they were "previously applied front-end products." When they refused to cancel those two items, I asked them to put it in writing specifically stating that they were refusing to remove the Pulse 3000 and the Ceramic protection. Instead of writing that, they handed me a paper stating: "The dealer will not cancel previously agreed upon front-end products that have already been applied to the 2023 Ford Bronco Sport." This was completely untrue—I had never requested or agreed to have those products put on. When I called them out on this, the representative admitted the add-ons were already on the vehicle prior to my purchase. I asked directly, "So you're trying to charge me for things that were already on the vehicle prior to purchase?" He admitted, "Yeah, if it was up to me, I would just take them off, but I can't overrule the manager." Mostly always remember: their verbal words are not binding. They can tell you anything you want to hear in sales and finance to get you to sign, knowing full well that if the final paperwork says something else, your signature locks you into their terms, not their promises. I was green and didn't slow down to catch this, and I feel completely taken advantage of. To make matters worse, when I returned to resolve this, I was forced to sit in the waiting room for hours while customers who arrived after me were seen first. When I spoke up, I was simply told, "Saturdays are our busiest days." To me, that felt like an intentional tactic to break my resolve, as I was clearly no longer a priority after they had my business. Discussions with other staff further suggested that this type of stalling is a standard tactic. I am sharing this to warn others, especially first-time buyers: Slow down. Do not trust verbal reassurances or assume listed coverage is just the standard car warranty. Read every single line of your financial agreement, and ensure you are not signing for unwanted add-ons before leaving the dealership. I truly hope management will do the right thing and process the full cancellation and credit for these remaining products.

Beyond blessed to get an amazing deal on a 24’ nissan sentra. mello and the rest of the sales team got me right and was confident this was the right purchase from the beginning . the whole place was very welcoming and would definitely buy a car from here again. reason for 4 stars is because apple car play configuration is messed up and that was one of the main features i was looking for but the deal they gave me don’t even compare , i just wish i was informed earlier . so grateful for my car, they also cleaned the car and filled up gas, highly recommend this place if your looking to get a good deal on a car.

So found out that you finance dept was suppose to set up payments for us. He didn't, the bank blamed nissan, we got double payments taken out for one month that 5/3 says nissan should be setting payments up, causing a huge overdrawn in our account, I am paying the price for your finance dept, I have 0 dollars in checking because they took out two payments in one month never again. I dont like 5/3 they have low scores on everything

I went to Jeff Wyler in Eastgate and had the pleasure of working with Walker. He was very professional, kind, and patient. He took the time to show me all the vehicles within my budget and made sure I understood all of my options. He also went over all of the paperwork with me in detail and answered any questions I had. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend going to Jeff Wyler in Eastgate and asking for Walker!

I I hate to be that guy, but what a misuse of a customer’s time. I came in at 6:15 specifically to have a buy bid completed on my vehicle after discussing it with an associate online beforehand. The dealership had also followed up with me twice regarding the quote they provided, so this was not an unexpected visit. After more than 30 minutes, someone finally came out to look at the vehicle. Nearly an hour after arriving, I still didn’t have an offer in hand. While I was actually in the middle of writing this review, a manager did come over and speak with me, which I appreciated. However, I still struggle to understand how a process that should reasonably take 15–30 minutes ended up consuming an hour of my evening. Dealerships buy and sell vehicles every day. If every vehicle appraisal took an hour, simply obtaining buy bids would be someone’s full-time job. No disrespect intended toward any individual employee, but my time outside of work is important to me, and I can’t help but feel that it was wasted tonight. What makes the experience more frustrating is that I was completely transparent about the condition of my vehicle before coming in. When I originally inquired. Ultimately, the experience left me feeling like the initial quote and repeated follow-ups were more about getting me into the dealership in person, with the hope of potentially selling me another vehicle, than efficiently making an offer on mine. Especially given the quote being about $2000 less than what the follow up quote I received prior to coming in. I understand that this is how parts of the industry operate, but as a customer, it’s an incredibly frustrating business model. I look forward to the day when the car-buying and selling process becomes more transparent and respectful of customers’ time.
