  I recently leased a 2026.5 Nissan Rogue Platinum from Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. A special thank you goes to Izumi Harney, who was an outstanding salesperson. Izumi was knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel pressured. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the features of the Rogue Platinum in detail, and made sure I was completely comfortable with my purchase before I drove off the lot. The leasing process was straightforward, transparent, and efficient. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service and attention to detail throughout the transaction.   My Service Advisor is Matt. I have had the good fortune of interacting with Matt for years. He is amazing. The new AI scheduling platorm is a joke. You have to text, there is no direct communication. I had to return a second day to finish my service. Trying to schedule the second visit was ridiculous. I paid my invoice online thru a link I received via text. I received the same text multiple times. After accessing the payment portal and completing the transaction it sent me back to the payment verification prompting me to pay 2 more times. I cant believe the dealership management believes this platform is ready for production. Crazy!

  Stopped in today to check out the Nissan Rogue. Ben helped us out and was super friendly, not pushy at all. I'd told him at the beginning we were just test driving today, all good, no pressure. It was the first vehicle we tested so there were a few others to check out. Ben gave me his card. After we test drive the others I texted Ben to say we would be coming back to drive it again. He had it ready for us when we got here. Really really liked the rogue and even though I wasn't planning on purchasing today....I did, but still, no pressure. Paperwork took a little while but that was on my end. Jeremy helped us in finance and he was terrific too. Took his time to explain the coverage and details and all of the other paperwork. They were both patient with my questions, offered drinks, and over all just a very nice group of sales employees. I'm not a fan of the car buying process, but today was great. I appreciate the both of them!! Thanks Ben & Jeremy, y'all rock! (Get it? Rock?)

Jason in sales was phenomenal—professional, responsive, honest, and great to work with from start to finish. He kept me informed every step of the way and made buying a car remotely incredibly easy.
