Since I've moved here to Cincinnati, all 3 times I've traded or purchased another vehicle has been from this location. I will always come back here or refer friends & family bc they do do a great job at getting exactly what you want or if need be, they find it and make it all possible. Best service and they work the very best at making it happen whatever it may be, purchase price, trade in etc. So thanks Alex, Joshua, and to the other gentleman there working to make this happen for me, im very pleased with my purchase. 🙂

I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. I visited on Friday to look at a 2026 Nissan Rogue after speaking with Christian, who encouraged me to come in and have my trade evaluated. I liked the vehicle enough to move forward, and I had already submitted my credit application over the phone so the process could be smooth. Christian went back to speak with the sales manager, Stacey, and returned with what I was told were *approved numbers*. We negotiated briefly and ultimately agreed on a payment that worked for me. I was congratulated, shook hands, and was told everything was good to go. Since it was getting late, I was asked to come back the next day with my dad to complete the paperwork, which I was assured would be ready. When we returned, we waited quite a while only to have Stacey come out and tell us the deal was not approved. That’s when I learned the application had not even been submitted to the bank until that moment—despite being told the previous day that everything was approved. Stacey then contradicted what we had agreed upon, claiming the payment we discussed “did not make sense” and denying that he ever approved it. The situation became even more frustrating when he accused my family of being hostile, abruptly stood up, and walked away. Meanwhile, the salesperson was completely unaware of what was happening and had already prepared the vehicle for delivery. I’ve purchased several vehicles over the years, and I’ve never experienced anything like this. Being told a deal is approved, only to find out later that nothing was actually submitted, is both misleading and unprofessional. This was a complete waste of time and a very frustrating experience.

What is going on over there? I came in for a simple oil change and tire alignment. First guy was extremely rude, I walk up and he goes “what?”. My service advisor, Matt, was 10 minutes late to the counter, no hello or anything, treats me like a number, as everyone there did, acted like I didn’t exist. Can’t find my appointment and tells me it’s not in the system. After that is finally fixed, I go to sit down and wait. 20 minutes in, I get a text that the inspection is complete. 2.5 hours later, multiple people are coming in AFTER me and leaving BEFORE me. I get fed up and go see what’s up. Turns out, my car has been done for awhile and nobody came to get me as they forgot. Then, Matt couldn’t find my keys and is aimlessly walking around the parking lot trying to find my car. I pay full price for the Wylercare after being told no tax would be added to it. All I kept hearing was a lot of “haha sorry” and nothing to rectify my whole afternoon being spent in the lobby while multiple techs walk by and keep taking in new cars while mine has been sitting in the parking lot for over an hour. Why did I have to come up myself and ask for an update and why were my keys in Matt’s personal desk drawer? Is that why I was “forgotten”? I’ll never return to this location after 3 years of loyalty unless something is done about the unacceptable way I was treated. I know I’m going to get the generic “we’re sorry, we’ll address this with our team” response generated by a bot anyway.

I had a friend who I referred to go to this dealership because he was in the market for a new car and I am actually going to be in the market very soon and was thinking about coming to this dealership to purchase a vehicle, but after his situation there I will not !!! He spoke with a sales person and went over features and what he wanted in a vehicle and what he wanted to pay! They settled on a price and once he got to the dealership they changed the pricing and switched the vehicle from what he wanted. After being there since 10:30 in the morning 5:30 comes around and they finally get the vehicle and he asks them what was the difference in the vehicle that he asked for and the vehicle they had brought over and they told him that the only difference was that this one had front wheel drive instead of AWD. A day later he finds out the packages he asked for he did not have so he calls in to have a meeting and then gets told that he should be happy with the deal he got and that he should’ve checked the car, I don’t know about yall but if I’m at a lot fighting for the price we agreed on all day from 10:30-5:30 I would be anxious to leave and get home as well. This whole process for him has really offset me from ever wanting to purchase here and after looking at the reviews that they have I see a common theme with this place and I advise anyone to not go here!

I had one of the worst car-buying experiences I’ve ever dealt with at this dealership, and I feel completely misled and dismissed throughout the process. I spent nearly 10 hours at the dealership after already being on the phone with them for hours the day before discussing pricing and features. During this time, I was told multiple times that the Nissan Altima SR I was purchasing included specific features and packages. I relied on their word as professionals who sell these vehicles every day. After finally completing the deal and leaving exhausted, I later discovered that the features I was promised were not actually included in the vehicle. When I brought this to their attention, instead of taking responsibility, GSM Marclo, sales representative Malik, and sales coach Franko collectively began reversing the questions back onto me and made me feel like the situation was my fault. I was repeatedly questioned about why I didn’t double-check the specs myself, despite trusting their representations as the experts. The overall experience felt like gaslighting — being told one thing during the sale and then made to feel responsible when the vehicle did not match what was described. At one point, I was even told that I should be “grateful for the deal,” which was incredibly unprofessional and dismissive given the circumstances. To make matters worse, pricing changed several times throughout the process, causing delays and confusion and stretching the process into an exhausting, all-day event. As a customer, I trusted their expertise and honesty. Being told one thing and delivered another, then blamed for trusting them, is unacceptable. I have since filed a formal complaint with Nissan Corporate because this situation feels like misrepresentation and a complete lack of accountability. Buyers should double-check everything themselves and get everything in writing, because based on my experience, verbal promises here may not match what you actually receive.
