Communication after the paperwork was signed was pretty frustrating at first, but I have to give credit where it’s due—the team stepped up. The SUV had a cheap aftermarket windshield from the previous owner with terrible distortion. Sales Consultant Dell Smith and General Sales Manager Chris Caldwell honored our agreement 100%. They had a local shop put in a premium Pilkington windshield and covered the full safety camera calibration without cutting corners. It was a bit of a battle to get sorted, but Dell and Chris kept their word and made it right. Appreciate them ensuring my family's new ride is safe and perfect for our upcoming road trip.
