Taylor helped me while I was purchasing my car. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Taylor was patient and answered all of my questions. She said took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with my decision. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Thank you for making this such a positive experience!!!

Worst experience ever! DO NOT GO HERE. bought a used van here at first they told us that all cars were serviced and safe. Then we were told it was serviced, but just needed an oil change so we could come back for that. Ok fine drove it home and the breaks were bad. Brought it back the next day and everyone was confused. No one knew what was going on with the van. Finally got it fixed and went on our way. Oh they also refuse to give you any physical copies of paperwork. ONLY send it through email even though I asked for paper copies. THEN... went to get the plates because temp tags were about to expire. Got to title service and they said the title was not in our name or the dealerships name and still in the previous owners name. NOW they won't answer their damn calls or messages. I'm beyond livid. Praying this is a mistake and not a stolen car that they sold to me. Don't waste your time at this dealership.

I’m not going to say good or bad here however I did buy a used car here 1 month ago which I just had to trade in at another dealer because of the cost it would have taken to get this car road ready. I got a 14 Crosstrek here 113,000 miles what I consider a break in period for a Subaru. I took it to a Subaru dealer and after Colerain Hyundai 170 point safety inspection here is what Subaru found. A corrosive battery that had to be replaced, a heat shield had to be replaced. The pulleys rusted and would need to be replaced within 6 months or so and the brake pads were a 2 mm when I drove it off the lot. I lost 5 grand when I traded this in. The sales experience, when they told me the car was ready to pick up they did not put a temp tag on it or a temp title in the glove box I’m driving around town without these so I had to go back to the dealer to get these later that day. Then they didn’t take my plates off my trade in said they would get them and when asked about them the next day the one manager was Sorry they are gone now. Granted this was a used car there is no way a quote unquote 170 point safety inspection was done. If you are buying new by all means knock yourself out here if you are buying used here. Buyer beware.. When I made the salesperson aware the brake pads were at 2mm which is almost squeal mode the Manager in charge of the Safety inspection was very nonchalant about saying It seemed to be safe when it was checked. I’m no service manager but I seriously doubt it was ever checked. I have all of my Subaru inspection paperwork just in case I was doubted on this. Use your judgment if you are buying a used car from this place.

Couldn’t have had a worse experience with this dealership. We were looking to sell a car and were given an unsolicited call with a cash offer for the car. We attempted to set an appointment only to find that the appointment was set for a different day than when we originally had agreed upon. Nevertheless, the car was still inspected. The staff member who performed the inspection by some miracle “found” a major engine issue within three minutes of driving the car around the lot which was not present. We were offered <30% of the original quote because of this newfound and nonexistent issue. This car had been inspected and stress tested by a neutral mechanic three days prior, and no issue was found in three hours of testing. It is simply insulting that this dealership would attempt such a slimy tactic to cheat a customer out of value on their car which they were attempting to sell. Very strange and slimy experience. We took the car elsewhere and received an amount which was greater than this dealership’s original estimate, as there was no magical engine issue which this Wyler store found. Do yourself a favor and take yourself to a different dealership if you want to avoid an awful car dealership experience.

The service and assistance that I received from Jeff Wyler Hyundai of Colerain was appalling. As well as Hyundai at Corporate level. The cost in which I had to pay for a negligent misdiagnosis is astounding. And I cannot express enough my disappointment. I feel completely wronged and financially cheated. I brought my 2020 Hyundai Kona to your dealership specifically to seek help for a failed engine. We even came in and sat down with Tim, the manager, prior to bringing it in to discuss the situation. My trusted local mechanic had already diagnosed the vehicle with zero compression in the #3 cylinder, concluding a new motor was needed. To my shock, after Hyundai of Colerain having my vehicle over a month because they wanted to make sure "100%" of what the issue was, determined that my engine was fine. And that it was the computer system in the vehicle that needed replaced. I questioned them multiple times as this was really coming from left field and I was still concerned. I approved the work however, and had to put trust in them that they knew what they were talking about. After all, Hyundai is the company that made the vehicle. Upon completing the replacement of the computer system in my vehicle, they took it for a test drive only to find that it was misfiring like crazy. Soon after this, they contacted me to let me know that my engine has failed and needs replaced. [Like we had spoken to them all along about!] They confirmed to me that there were -0- recalls out on my vehicle. And that I was out of warranty. So now, I have a 2020 Hyundai Kona that simultaneously needed a new computer system AND and a new motor. That $1700 computer replacement was completely unnecessary and represents severe misdiagnosis. Not to mention, the engine should have been diagnosed and determined first! They informed me that to move further into checking more regarding the engine the computer had to be replaced. NO ACTUALLY IT DIDN'T. Had your technician properly tested the engines compression from the start, they would have seen the mechanical failure immediately. Instead, I was pressured into paying for an expensive electrical component that did absolutely nothing to resolve a catastrophic mechanical issue. Since the warranty on my vehicle had ended already, they did send in an application to Hyundai's Corporate office to extend a "Goodwill Warranty". The service adviser confirmed to me it was denied. I proceeded to ask for the phone number to their corporate office which they provided. When I personally escalated the issue to Hyundai Corporate, a representative told me the application was denied precisely because the car was out of warranty. This is entirely contradictory to the purpose of a goodwill warranty. The representative then abruptly dismissed my concerns and told me the denial was final and to take this matter back to the dealership. My vehicle is a 2020 Kona with 122K miles on it. I have had regular oil changes and can provide the proof of that. After much research and word of mouth from other's experiences, I have found that Hyundais are plagued with a well documented history of extreme oil consumption & premature engine failure. There are many out their who have been exploited and have lost thousand of dollars- not to mention a reliable vehicle that is depended on for getting to work. Something needs to change. And Hyundai needs to do better and take responsibility for these failed engines. I am adamantly requesting a refund for the computer system that did not help anything. I would like to see Hyundai stand behind their product and help in replacement of the engine. I would be extremely grateful. They did provide me with a loaner vehicle for a few weeks which was helpful. So there's that. Michelle Singer
