    Frankly, I was a bit nervous about browsing for a new vehicle, but our salesman was incredibly helpful, and made the process of purchasing a new vehicle not only simple, but enjoyable. If I could leave six stars, I would! Shawn went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. It was very great to see someone who cares, especially as much as he does. Wonderful customer service, and marvelously well-informed. will certainly be recommending Jeff Wyler, specifically Shawn, to anyone with any of my friends and family with vehicular needs!

    I had a great experience at the car lot thanks to Courtney, David, and Brandon. From the moment I walked in, they were professional, patient, and really took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my decision. They didn’t pressure me at all, which I truly appreciated. Courtney was knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything clearly. David kept things smooth and stress-free, and Brandon made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. The whole team worked together to give me a great experience. If you’re looking for honest people who actually care about their customers, I highly recommend asking for Courtney, David, and Brandon. They made the process easy and enjoyable.

    We came into the dealership already knowing the exact vehicle we wanted, the color, year, make, model, and trim, and confirmed ahead of time that they had it in stock. We also had an email offer directly from the sales manager before arriving. Even with all of that already decided, it still somehow took four hours to complete a lease. There was no reason for the process to take that long. We were not browsing, comparing vehicles, test-driving multiple options, or starting from scratch. We were there to complete a deal that had already been discussed in writing. The overall experience felt slow, disorganized, and unnecessarily painful. Buying or leasing a vehicle is already stressful enough, but when a customer comes in prepared with the vehicle selected and an offer in hand, the dealership should be able to make the process efficient. We like the vehicle, but the dealership experience was very disappointing. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone who values their time.

    Phenomenal experience with every associate/manager involved. I initially spoke with the finance manager Brandon over the phone and the conversation was brief, to the point, and very pleasant. I then had the pleasure of doing business with the salesman named Shawn who took great care of me, answered all my questions and helped me make a more future-focused decision that got me out of my 9 year old car and into a brand new 2026 Ioniq 5. Great work and I legitimately highly recommend. If this review is what lead you to visit - let them know that Keegan sent you and ask for either Shawn or Taylor to be your salesperson.

    The final price they offered was actually acceptable, so this isn’t about the deal itself. My concern was that after I authorized a credit pull, the lease agreement I received did not match the terms discussed in texts and verbally. During the e-sign process, it would have been very easy to sign quickly and miss those differences. I was also encouraged to handle things over the phone and through text, but at the end of the day, the only thing that matters is the lease agreement itself. It shouldn’t be difficult to reflect agreed-upon terms clearly in the actual contract before asking someone to sign. This kind of process can create pressure, especially for people who may be more vulnerable, including the elderly or those dealing with mental health challenges. I’m not saying this was intentional, but it’s something customers should be aware of. A legally binding agreement is what holds you accountable — not conversations or messages. Unless you know the people you’re dealing with personally, it’s just not wise to rely on anything outside of the contract. That’s why I chose to walk away from what otherwise seemed like a solid deal. Advice to others: Take your time and read everything carefully. If it’s not in the lease agreement, it doesn’t exist.
