We had an excellent experience working with Chris Blevins . From the moment we walked in, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle—not just making a sale. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
We never felt pressured, and he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. His professionalism, honesty, and outstanding customer service really stood out. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about their customers and makes buying a car an enjoyable experience, we highly recommend him. Thank you for making this such a great experience!
I'll start this off by saying I am very happy with my car purchase, no thanks to anyone at this Jeff Wyler though! After several days of research, Saturday June 20th I found a car that met my criteria on Jeff Wyler's website, called to make sure it was still available, and drove 35min to go make the purchase. My partner and I met with Paul the salesman that answered my call, we test drove the car, and started the buying process. Paul was nice enough, but we were very clear we only wanted to try loans with either Wright-Patt credit union or GE credit union. I get notifications from credit karma while sitting there, 4 hard inquiries were pulled. Okay, whatever too late not that big of deal. We get walked back to the finance guy to start paper work, but we were still waiting to see the loan details. I do not recall this finance guy's name but he was a nerd and talked a mile a minute. He shows us a paper listed with 4 options that very much looked like package deals with no prices listed whatsoever. We picked the lowest option believing those were our ONLY options to choose from. He starts loading paper work into the tablet to sign but it's the first time we'd seen any of the numbers and he was expecting signatures in that moment. We stopped the process and said we hadn't even seen the loan details yet, we don't even know what bank approved the loan. He says "oh? You hadn't seen it yet?" Nope, we hadn't, that's kind of super important. The loan was through Kemba credit union, I didn't get shown any other options. I was purchasing a car listed at $16,999 but the loan was for over $24,000. My partner asks how could there be $7k in taxes and fees?? So he prints an itemized statement of the sale of the car, also something that should have been shown with the loan details without having to ask for it. Super shady business practice. The options he had shown us in the beginning weren't packages at all! The pulse 3000, ceramic coat, tire&rim, and gap coverage were all individually listed and priced. We explained we wanted none of that, to take it all off. The tone of the room changed and we were told by a sales manager that the pulse 3000 was not removable (they've priced it at $899 which is almost a 1000% mark up from retail price) and when we pressed the issue he said verbatim "you don't have to buy the car." And he was right! We didn't! I'm sure Paul would have loved to hear that he lost a sale over an overpriced flashing LED. They're lucky I wanted that car because we almost walked out then and there. When asking to remove the rest of the unnecessary fees we were met with pretense, my partner was told she was "yelling", and a complete change from overly cheery to curt by the nerdy finance guy. Hmmm, almost like we had stopped some scammy stuff from happening! I got out of there with a car I wanted at a reasonable final price with absolutely no help from the employees at Jeff Wyler. The whole process honestly felt like dodging bullets and had the classic grease ball car salesmen tactics you always hear about. Luckily, we are not the average customer and got out of there mostly unharmed! But the pulse 3000 getting removed most certainly would have made the deal a bit sweeter but for some reason that just wasn't an option according to their very rude sales manager. We will keep Jeff Wyler locations at the bottom of the list when shopping for our next car.

Bought my THIRD Honda Pilot from Jeff Wyler Honda. I worked with Dontai & John Booth, who were both very helpful in securing a vehicle that fit my needs. This was the 3rd time John was able to assist in the sale of a vehicle for me and Dontai was a big help this go around.
Over the years what keeps me coming back to Honda, trusting them with my vehicle and getting me into a new car when the time comes is Shane Gibson in Service. Shane and the service team are very thorough with the service needs of the vehicles. I have never felt like I am being "sold" on something I do not really need. Shane always takes time to find the best solution for my vehicle and I trust that he will recommend what is necessary without trying to push things that I don not need.
I appreciate the team at Jeff Wyler Honda and everything they have done over the last several years to keep me and my family safe out on the roads. With kids active in school activities and sports - sometimes I feel like we are in our car more than we are in our house!

I never write reviews unless if the'yre absolutely necessary and I feel its one of those time where it is.
I stopped here recently for a honda I was interested in. Took it for a test drive with one of the salesperson and was a great experience overall. I decided to wait a couple days before making any drastic and instant decisions and decided that I would go with this car. I told them I would stop in later that week to make the purchase, had a very generous downpayment ready and gave them the heads up once again before I drove up there. I got to the dealership and met a different salesperson and to inspect the car one last time, re-explaining the features which is fine and everything was going great until I was met with the monthly payment.
Now before negotiating any payment I was expecting for this place to be transparent in giving the OTD price, typically the car itself, the shipping fee from the manufacturer, the tax, and the doc fee. When the dealer ran my credit and brought back the info on the anticiapted monthly payments, they also decided to throw in several thousands of dollars in unnessary addons! We never talked or mentioned anything about addons except maybe some cheap service plan, and they threw in things like ceramic coating that was about $1300, laser cut all season mats that were around $500, and others that greatly inflated the price of the car. This made a car that was reasonably priced to the price of a high trim car in an instant. I was caught completely off guard by this and demanded many of these addons to be taken off to get to a more accurate pricing, and what they did next was what made me decide to write a review in the first place.
A few minutes later I was brought back with another paper on what my expected payment would be and see it was still overpriced to what I was expecting as some of those addons were there, and I notice something off with the sales tax. I looked closely to compare the two papers and notice the sales tax of the new payment that took away all the addons INCREASED instead of decreasing. This doesn't make sense because the sales tax would decrease by removing addons, yet the second paper after taking away the addons saw a higher sales tax than the paper that had all the addons. Not only that, but after doing some research later one, the sales tax of the first paper with all the addons was much lower than what the actual sales tax would've been, meaning I was deceived twice.
After getting up and walking out, I honestly felt like I was violated and taken advantge of by a dealership that used tactics I thought went extinct years ago, but I guess I was wrong. After this experience, I would probably recommend to avoid any Jeff Wyler dealership and if you do go to one, make sure you get the correct OTD price beforehand.
