  So I took my truck here last week. Lets just say it wasnt a good experience. Cost me almost 900 for a 600 dollar stereo and back up camera on my titan. Thats not too bad in todays money until you see what I had to deal with. Truck stereo bezel doesnt fit just flops around because the stereo they put in with android auto is too wide. So every time I hit a bump it just flops behind the screen. Steering wheel controls dont work even though I paid to have that happen. I fixed that myself by doing the wiring correctly. Air bag sensors were alarming on the truck and had to put it into diagnostic mode to clear that. Most likely because the battery was not disconnected before the work was done. Finally the best part of it all. The backup camera on my TRUCK the whole purpose of which is to hook to a trailer was installed OFF CENTER BY 8 INCHES!!!! which means that I have to redo that myself because I cant see straight down the hitch. All in all nice people pleasant atmosphere work was shade tree at best and at worst unqualified. Sorry the truth is the truth. No discount was offered and I was given the truck at the end of day so they didnt want to speak to me nor did they every apologize.

  Fantastic work !!!! Subs sound amazing. Bout in my old 10 year old subs and made them sound like brand new fast and easy. Much love brother 💯💯💯

  The "infotainment system" on my partner's Rav4 locked up and the dealer wanted $3k to replace it. I priced aftermarket units on Amazon and then started calling installers. I was willing to buy from a dealer but when I called Hook It Up, before I even finished my story I was told my best option would be to buy a unit from Amazon (with good reviews) and they would install it. I'm not going to quote the price but it was MUCH more reasonable than anyplace else I called, and the installation was done in about 2 hours. Plus, Trey took the time to help pair my partner's phone and explain the unit. She's not very tech friendly so that was a big help. Moreover, when I fixed one setting but messed up X-Car over the weekend, Trey got us squared away again at no extra charge. We're from the other side of town but well with the drive! Great service, great price, great folks, highly recommended!

  Left wires exposed on my back seat and scratched up control panel on my drivers door. Had an Appointment at 1pm he didn’t even speak to me for an hour and then took 5 hours to replace my amp in my subs and switch out speakers in doors. Forgot to install amp knob when I got my speakers installed and had to come back the next day to get it added. After that I noticed my door panel scratched up and the exposed wires and I reached out numerous times to the numerous numbers he contacted me from and only heard back from him after I left a one start review which I originally deleted because he text me and said he would fix it but since they didn’t fix it I’m deciding to leave it again. Extremely difficult to get in contact with, terrible communication. They were great 2 years ago when I first got my subs installed, quick, knowledgeable, did great work. Idk what’s happened since then but I will not be going back.
