- FDfelix duggan2 days ago1.0I bring my car in to make sure they order the wrong part. 24 hours, drop it off, another 6 hours to learn it's the wrong part they completely screwed up. Finally bring it in when they order the right part, ask how long it's gonna be says it won't take long at all. Two hours later I learn that my car's been done and they've had me waiting indefinitely for their system to come up. I have a 60 hour work week and I really wanted to be at home as much as possible. Any sort of communication and I could've left. Terrible customer service.

No answer from service but they can certainly call to try and sell you a car while youre waiting. My car has been there for over two weeks for A/C that should have been 2 days tops. It wasn't covered under warranty, so they offered an aftermarket compressor option. We have been through 3 of those which have not worked, so I told them I don't want the A/C fixed, I can't afford the OEM option (Which i told them from day 1) and now they are no longer communicating.
