  I found a used car I wanted to buy, and was texting back and forth with an associate about it. She set up a time for me to come check it out, and said they'd have it pulled up for me when I arrived. I asked her to send me some pics so I didn't waste a trip and she said 3 times that she'd send them over. I never got the photos. Anyway, I show up at my scheduled appointment only to find out that my interaction was with an AI assistant the whole time. I asked to see the vehicle, the salesman went to get the keys. He came back a few minutes later and told me that they sold it that morning. The odds of that happening are so slim I absolutely do not believe him. Even if he wasn't lying and they did sell the car, there was a total break down in communication between their AI assistant and their actual sales people. If the sales person was willing to lie to a potential customer, I'm not interested in buying a vehicle from this place. Shady, shotty business.

  Had service performed on our 2020 Escape. Nate the technician was perfect in the work he completed. No service delays and received the vehicle as promised!

  Went to this dealer to test drive a Bronco sport. We let the salesmen know we were gonna be in the market in a couple months. We just wanted 10 minutes alone with it in the lot to walk around and interact with it and to test drive it without the pressure of a salesman looking over us the entire time. And unfortunately thats against policy at this dealer. When I bought my last car I was able to take it home for the night which really made us explore the car and made us feel comfortable. Just be ready for that when you come here.

  Very happy with my experience here. I was recommended to come here by Midas. While here I met 2 business owners who bring their fleets here. I have had multiple people tell me they are the best ford dealership around! They were prompt to complete the recall work on my truck, and demonstrated for me an additional issue that I needed to take care of for my tires. I will be returning here if I need further work on my truck.
