  when another rental company told me they didn’t have the car i prepaid for, enterprise not only stepped in but offered me a better car for the same price. Jordan was so patient when i ran into issues during checkout and when i called to extend my rental. checking in was easy and quick, as well. while i hope i don’t need a rental again, i’m definitely keeping this location in mind. bonus points for Jordan remembering my car was in the shop, too!

  Great experience! The staff was super helpful and friendly. They text us in advance of the rental to save time during check in and even text us during the rental to make sure everything was okay.

  Caleb and Randy were both fantastic to work with. Everything went smooth and I had both before and after conversations with them. They explained the process throughly and answered all my questions.
