- JHJason HaapJun 29, 20261.0When my wife's car was hit and the other person's insurance was taking care of repairs and rentals, we told them which location of Enterprise from which we wanted to rent. We said this location. We got there after dropping off our car for repairs, and there was no car to rent. They told us it was at a different location that was closer to the body shop, and suggested the insurance company made the error. However, when we got to the other location, the workers there opened the account and saw that the insurance company did just as they should have. This Enterprise location saw the reservation, decided to send it somewhere else without telling us, and then they lied about it to our face.
