  Dealing with enterprise over many years has always been NO PROBLEMS!!!! Have a peace of mind knowing that if something does happen vehicle breakdown flat tire etc etc they will take care of it prices are reasonable friendly staff the only thing I don't like is not being able to talk w the office im dealing with personally?????? Would like to he able to have contact with them ?????? Thank you again Enterprise well see you soon

  Friendly staff. They have a drop box but isn't showing as having one on the website therefore booking won't let you chose a drop off as an option.

  Husband and I have been renting from Enterprise for almost 10 years. They always have a smile on and ready to get the whole process quickly done, so you're out the door pretty quickly. Even booking ahead is a great idea. They always have a car ready to go. Car's are always clean and ready to go! They always meet my requirements on what kind of vehicle I need. We've had a couple bad experiences with Enterprise in the past but they always made it right and made sure we were walking out the door happy and satisfied.

  I've been renting vehicles from this location for years. I've never had any issues. As long as you reserve online ahead of time, you can always get the vehicle you need. At last minute, I have had them work with me as well. Every employee that I have encountered has always been very pleasant and understanding. They will always be my go-to!

  ABSOLUTELY NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME ABOUT THIS SITUATION. NO WONDER THIS LOCATION HAS LOWER REVIEWS THAN THE OTHER LOCATIONS. MANAGEMENT DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO MANAGE ANYTHING. This company is completely unprofessional and it's showing. You had an a branch manager threaten to call the cops because they were called rude and they didn't like I was grabbing readily available business cards from the front desk so I could report her disgusting behavior. This situation has negatively impacted my mental health and I think it is utterly disgraceful that there has been zero communication from anyone in this company. I would think the district or regional manager would have contacted me but apparently they don't know how to do better. I will be sharing my experience with the proper channels. If anything this company should invest in tools to help educate your branch managers in soft skills and customer service. Sincerely, An ex-customer that isn't going to let this go. ELISE LIGHT is the most unprofessional manager that I have EVER come into contact with. I made a reservation yesterday for 11am today. I get there a few minutes late and the car is not ready, there is zero communication about when it will be ready except that it will be a little bit. 20 minutes pass and they finally get someone to go pick up the rental and that its a mile or two down the road. ANOTHER 20 minutes pass and I ask Elise what the eta was, she instantly is extremely unprofessional and starts arguing with me about the circumstances of me needing a rental. While I was in mid sentence without warning me she just gets on her phone calling the person that was getting my rental. When she hangs up I tell her how unprofessional that was and that I did not want to communicate with her anymore and that I would provide whatever documents the women at the front desk needed that was when she yelled at me to leave, telling me that she is refusing to provide my rental. I leave and then go back in to get her name she wasn't happy about that (which makes me think she knows she was in the wrong). As I walked to the front counter away from her desk to grab readily available business card she then threatens to call the cops on me several times, even after I told her I was just grabbing her and the fronts desk associates business cards. This was the most unprofessional experience that I have ever dealt with. Elise Light should not be working with the public since she is incapable of actively listening or taking responsibility. Why was her first response to call the police when she was the one instigating the situation by being impudent.
