  My overall car rental experience from start to finish was extremely overwhelming and stressful. I booked my rental at one location, but when I arrived, they informed me they didn’t have a car available. I then had to drive to a different location to continue the rental process. At the second location, the store manager, Alise, refused to allow me to pay with my credit card, claiming it wasn’t a valid credit card—despite the fact that I had successfully used the same card with Enterprise just two months earlier without any issues. Because I was renting the car for a work trip, I was already on a tight schedule. My boss contacted the location to speak with Alise, and after that conversation I was finally permitted to use my credit card. As a result of the delay, I was supposed to leave by 9:00 AM to drive to Cleveland (approximately a four-hour trip). Instead, I didn’t leave until after 10:38 AM—meaning I was significantly late due to the payment issues and the time spent resolving them. I was stressed and overwhelmed the entire time, and this directly impacted my trip. When I returned the vehicle, I encountered additional problems with the deposit. The deposit was applied to an incorrect card, and I then had to drive back up to the Enterprise location after my four-hour trip home in order to resolve the issue. Overall, this was by far the worst rental experience I’ve had and it made an already demanding trip much more difficult than it needed to be.

  Booked on booking.com. Called to ensure we were all set for next day. First the guy said they didn't even have the 7-passenger vehicle I had already booked, and then said he needed a $300 deposit. What a scam. Forget this place and try something else.

  What a nightmare. First they gave me a dirty car with brake issues. I went back for a different one. Then my rental was dead when I went to leave for work. I had to find a ride at 7 am. No apologies from roadside assistance and they refused to even provide me a new rental or even a ride anywhere unless I returned the dead vehicle that was at my house. Their only option was having someone come start the car when I got home from work (so now I have to pay for an uber home) and risk it not starting again the next morning. They told me I could take off work in the morning to trade it in for a different vehicle “if that made me more comfortable”. What they should have done is bring me a working vehicle and go start the dead one and take it. That’s basic customer service. Update: the vehicle had to be towed and clearly had issues prior to this bc roadside assistance let me know the caps on the battery were up like it had been jumped recently. They still refused to bring me a working car.

  It was the first time a car rental company found for me a car that worked for my tall-guy back problem. After I turned it in, I was missing a white plastic card with no markings on it, about the size of a credit card. They found it and had it waiting for me when I returned to look for it. Very happy with my experience with them.
