The staff at this branch were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. They made the whole rental process very smooth and stress-free for me, and I truly appreciated their support and positive attitude. The company also fully honored its commitments, and overall I had a very good experience. I would definitely recommend this branch to others.

The rental car I received was not the small vehicle I was told I could get. I drive a compact car and wanted the smallest vehicle enterprise has. I was told that I would have a Mitsubishi Mirage but got a much larger VW Tiguan. Then the battery in the key fob died and I was stranded at a parking lot several miles from my home. I had to have an Uber pick me up and take me home so someone could help me replace the battery and then I needed another Uber to take me back to the parking lot to get the rental home. None of this was convenient and I was told I needed to take care of changing the battery, myself. I was unable to open the fob to replace the battery. A very small screwdriver was required to do that and I didn’t have one. In addition the owner’s manual specifically said only a certified mechanic should replace the battery. I am not a mechanic.
