  Mr. A. Benzinger & his staff are very patient & polite with me. I have witnessed them assisting seniors who could not make reservations on your website. (I was one) I watch people come & go in their office. I have never witnessed a dissatisfied renter. For an office of men the restroom has been clean & generally the toilet seat is down. (This is shocking for females.) There is a U.C. student I agree with that the 2530 Reading Rd. Cincy O. 45202 is the better location to come to. Thank you.

  I'm so frustrated! We rented a passenger van, and then we get a call a day before say we have to drive an additional 45 min to go pick up at another location because of a check engine light, so 1 1/2 extra to pick up a van. THEN they tell us we have to return to that location, so ANOTHER 1 1/2 hrs to return!!! 3 HOURS of our vacation just to pick up and return car.....not including the wait at store. Beyond annoyed!

  Worst experience ever! I placed a vehicle reservation here, but when I arrived to pick it up, they refused to give me a car. The staff tried to cover up their mistake by lying and claiming they had called me in advance. I literally pulled up my phone history to prove they never called, and they just doubled down with rubbish excuses. Instead of taking responsibility or explaining the sudden cancellation, the employees were incredibly arrogant, rude, and blamed me for no reason. Avoid this dishonest location at all costs!

  Made reservation and when I showed up to get car, they let me know they oversold and didn’t have a car for me. When I asked for a different kind of vehicle, they didn’t have anything. When I asked them to search other locations, they said they were too busy to check. When I found a car at another rental company location, I asked if they could help get me there since I was stranded at their facility. Again, they were too busy. I’ve always appreciated Enterprise’s management training program and quality of their employees, but this location is an outlier. Recommend steering clear of this location.
