    Request for Direct Escalation I have already attempted to resolve this issue through all available channels, including Enterprise support, customer service, and follow-ups over the past two months. Despite this, I have received no clear explanation or resolution. I am now requesting a direct email contact or a proper escalation channel where my case can be reviewed seriously. I’m a frequent renter and have generally had good experiences, which makes this situation even more frustrating. My most recent rental was returned without any damage or issues, yet my account is now restricted and I’m unable to make reservations. It has now been over two months of repeatedly trying to reach the appropriate risk and support teams, with no meaningful response. For a loyal customer, this level of inaction and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Additionally, during my recent rental, the vehicle itself was in extremely poor condition—dirty inside, with a strong cigarette smell, and basic features like CarPlay and charging ports not functioning. Despite raising these concerns at the time and requesting assistance, I was repeatedly told I would receive a callback, which never happened. The lack of urgency, transparency, and follow-through has been extremely disappointing. At this point, I am requesting: * An immediate review and removal (if appropriate) of the account restriction * A clear explanation for why this action was taken * A direct point of contact (email or escalation team) to resolve this matter without further delay I am happy to provide any additional details privately if someone from the appropriate team is willing to assist.

    Everyone at Enterprise was pleasant and excellent to deal with. They finished the work at the time they estimated, and took time to review the results with me. They even let me leave the rental car at the nearby body shop where the work had been done.
