  I've rented a few times for work travel. The vehicles are fine, and I always get what I've asked for. My only gripe is that even though you schedule a pickup appointment, your car isn't always ready on time. Sitting and waiting for your vehicle is annoying when you had an appointment.

  Excellent service. I was on hold for a while on the phone but I know they're very busy. However, once I was able to get with them they communicated well and everything was on time and as promised.

  Left a message 20 minutes before closing the night before the car rental date that the reservation wasn't able to be fulfilled. Instead, offering a similar seat but smaller vehicle as a replacement. Called both the location and the corporation number without success. When the name of your company doesn’t live up to its “enterprise”- just a suggestion: find a way to do better.

  Promised a vehicle and then get there and it’s not available. I can no longer take my vacation and now out of $4,000 because of being promised that three locations including this one had a vehicle. I will be seeking legal counsel as this is absolutely ridiculous
