  Our experience with Enterprise car rental was outstanding. Curtis was incredibly helpful and made the entire rental process quick and hassle-free. The vehicle was ready for us first thing in the morning, and it took less than 10 minutes to sign the paperwork and get on the road. Returning the vehicle was just as convenient. We dropped it off late at night using their secure key drop box, and they even provide a monitored parking area with security cameras for your peace of mind. What impressed me the most was their customer service. On the second day of our rental, they reached out to ask how our experience with the vehicle was. That level of follow-up is rare and shows they genuinely care about their customers. This is the first time I’ve had such a positive experience with a car rental company. I highly recommend them and will definitely rent from them again.

  We were in a very difficult situation when Budget canceled our reservation just one day before our family vacation with our kids. I contacted more than 23 locations, including airport rental agencies, trying to find a vehicle. Curtis was the only person who genuinely tried to help. Even though he initially had nothing available in his inventory, he made several calls and went above and beyond to find us a car. Thanks to Curtis, our vacation was saved. He has excellent communication skills, was professional, kind, and truly cared about helping us. My husband and I are extremely grateful to Curtis and to Enterprise Rent-A-Car⁠ for their outstanding customer service. Curtis turned a very stressful situation into a positive experience, and we cannot thank him enough. I only wish other rental companies would hire more people like him. He is a great example of what exceptional customer service looks like. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Great experience. The Branch Manager was very professional and helpful. He ensured I was familiar with the features of the vehicle before I left the lot. The car was incredibly clean and looked like new although it had over 40,000 miles on it. I would definitely rent from Enterprise and this location in the future.
