- DMDoris MoellerSep 15, 20265.0Dsuban Springs was recommended to us by a fellow Renegade RV owner. The springs were squeaking and Jacob and his team did a great job installing some anti-friction tape. No more squeaky springs! En route to their location our cab a/c quit working and they fixed that too. Great service from this family owned business. Would definitely recommend Dsuban Springs!
- JSJohn SweetSep 5, 20262.0I can't recommend Dsuban for custom U-Bolts. Recently ordered 8 custom u-bolts in 1/2" diameter rod, bent to 2.5" with 9" leg lengths. According to their very detailed math on the website, these should have been returned bent from 22" rod with at least 4" of thread, or about 6" non-threaded rod with remaining length threaded on each leg. I received 8 u-bolts with 9.62" legs and 2.83" of threading. I had to call three times. Each time they refused to speak to me on the phone about the issue, continuing to tell me that "the big boss" needed to be involved and to wait for his call. I received no calls back, no explanation, and no help getting my rods re-bent. They left me completely dissatisfied and worried some others may get into a false sense of security because of their decent reviews. When it comes to custom jobs, despite my invoice clearly stating everything would be bent from 22" rod and therefore I'd have enough threading (at least about 3.5" on each leg), Dsuban decided to just drop me / ignore me. DIDN'T EVEN CALL BACK OR OFFER TO RE-BEND. *looks like they silently reversed the charge on my card. I've moved from one-star to two-stars after getting my money back, but my project is still delayed due to their not correcting their issue by rebending from the correct rod. Guess they can't keep specs correct on thier website.
- JJJMorrison03Jul 14, 20265.0Sean went above and beyond to find the nearly impossible to find part I was after. I had been to a few other locations in the area searching with no luck and no help. Sean at dsuban will be my first stop from now on!
- TPTeri PippengerMay 28, 20265.0They installed a Super Steer and upgraded my Track Bar on my Renegade RV. Tony was very helpful getting the parts ordered and the install went very well.
