Fantastic experience! This was as no-nonsense of a car buying experience as it gets. Brian was very helpful, provided figures quickly, did not try to upsell, and spent as much time as needed. We looked at the car at 10:00am, left, and returned at 3:30pm to complete the transaction. After the transaction was completed, our new car was sitting inside and Brian went through all options/ equipment left to right. The next day (Sunday) Brian provided service after the sale and texted pictures of our car wash pass so I could transfer service. A++

We recently purchased an Acura MDX from Columbia Acura, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Brian Lawson went above and beyond to find the vehicle that matched our needs perfectly. The color and feature package were exactly what we were looking for, and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase.
Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Cameron Sauerland was also very helpful in guiding us to the warranty that was right for us. We truly appreciated the professionalism and care from the entire team.
I would highly recommend Columbia Acura to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience.
Columbia Acura reserves special edition vehicles (2023 TLX PMC Edition) and doesn’t even sell them when they get them. This car had only 300 pmc editions made and 100 were blue. Columbia Acura acquired a blue one in 2023 and they let their employees drive the car for three years, not selling it, and not doing any maintenance whatsoever. Now after letting their employees drive it for three years, they are listing it for sale at sticker price of when it was new. This is beyond scummy dealership practices and should be pointed out. This dealership is only in it for themselves and do not car about the people who actually want to buy cars, not just drive them around town for free.99.
The Columbia Acura service team is awesome. Jamey Moore is the best out there
Columbia Acura has numerous cars that are listed as “new” with “0 miles” that are not actually on the lot and are being used by their employees and customers as demo cars, which is essentially a rental. A demo car is not a new car, and listing it on your website as new with zero miles is just blatant false advertisement. Worst Acura dealership I have been to, BY FAR.
