  Outstanding Service from Zach! I had an excellent experience with Zach, the Service Manager at the Acura dealership. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled professionally and that I was completely taken care of. Zach was knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience.

  I bought a new car a couple months ago, and love the car but the service is better than some, worst than most. I called and left a message to to schedule a service check since my infotainment system had glitch, and no one ever called me back. Between my wife and I, I buy a car every other year and this was my first experience with Columbia Acura. In the future, I will roll the dice and try Jeff Wyler Acura if i buy another acura.

  I have been wanting an SUV for awhile. I've driven sedans my whole life and was ready for a change. I decided on the Acura MDX. To start, Columbia Acura did not hound me once I reached out for info. I really appreciate that. The Sales Manager Jacob texted me a price and said to let him know how they could help. Some other dealerships in the area have blown up my phone multiple times a day since reaching out. I have had a real bad car buying experience in the past from another dealership, and that gave me some anxiety about going to Columbia Acura to discuss the purchase. Columbia Acura couldn't have made it more easy. I met with Jacob who introduced me to Sales Consultant Brian Lawson. There was no pressure, and it was very easy going. They respected my time, and I am happy with the overall deal that was agreed upon. Brian also spent a good amount of time showing me the features of the car. I would definitely recommend Brian and Jacob to anyone looking for an Acura.

  I was getting my niece car fop last minute no reservation and the service department generously helped right away and put her back on the road safely thank you so much !!!!

  Fantastic experience! This was as no-nonsense of a car buying experience as it gets. Brian was very helpful, provided figures quickly, did not try to upsell, and spent as much time as needed. We looked at the car at 10:00am, left, and returned at 3:30pm to complete the transaction. After the transaction was completed, our new car was sitting inside and Brian went through all options/ equipment left to right. The next day (Sunday) Brian provided service after the sale and texted pictures of our car wash pass so I could transfer service. A++
