  We called about a hatch on Friday,So my husband went on Monday to pickup the hatch. He drove 1hr half finally got there,Waited another hour. The 2 parts guys was lazy they couldn't get the hatch off, I mean they didn't try hard at all ! Don't Go THERE to buy ANYTHING . So out the gas driving for nothing!!!¡ I will tell everybody how you are a Joke!!!!

  Those guys were pretty good to me over there. There is a boatload of cars there! You would be hard-pressed to not find what you're looking for

  I needed an AC module for my car and they had it! Not only did they reassure me that if it’s not that part I need I could return it but they also were knowledgeable. Customer service was great! AND of course the part works and I now having running AC in my car. Super satisfied

  First off let me say this... I have never been so blessed to have had the privilege of meeting the staff of Carthage Auto Parts!! Ron and the business not only made sure they would have what I needed if I needed it, but they were honest and give great customer service. Ron made sure I knew the truth about my part (tire rim)and didn't try to sell me anyway and guess what "He was RIGHT!". I was able to fix the issue with the original rim and my daughter was back on the road with new tire (under warranty)and original rim from tire company. Tire company agreed with Ron and we all agreed that although the tire blew the rim was intact! Thank you Ron and Carthage Auto Parts for being honest, because when you are freaking out as a mother, you need good knowledgable business people to calm you down and steer you in the right direction!! 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 🤩
