  10/10 would recommend - this is not a review I ever thought I'd leave for an auto parts store! My husband and I walked in the door looking for a specific tool. The bubbly staff behind the counter (to my joyous surprise, several women, including Kathryn (sp?), who was a gem) immediately asked if they could help us find anything, and promptly pointed us to aisle 1, in chorus!! After we found what we were looking for, exactly where they said it would be, we went to the checkout line to look for a funnel (not a filter, as Kathryn so cleverly called out - haha), and they again, in tandem, directed us to aisle 5. While a character from Charlie's Angels checked out at the register, we were personally escorted by a personable and knowledgeable associate, who helped my husband find the extra large funnel he was looking for (it worked perfectly, by the way!). The energy in this store was infectious this morning and it set a positive tone for our entire day. Kudos to this team of ladies and their positive energy!! Keep up the excellent work, ladies!

  I had a great experience at AutoZone. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to help me find exactly what I needed for my car. They even took the time to explain how to install the part and made sure I felt confident before leaving. The store was clean, well-organized, and stocked with a wide range of products. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and will definitely be coming back for future automotive needs.

  Disgusted by the people AutoZone employees these days.. no motivation no drive. No one can help you all they can do is look up your part. & Every single time I bring a starter or alternator to be tested they tell me it's broken and they can't. I think its because no one trains them or they just don't want to. I won't be back again it's not just a few times experience it's like this every damn time.

  came here yesterday looking to get some parts and advice, first I wasn’t greeted. no one seemed to want to assist me until I greeted the associates first. I needed a front suspension rebuild.. due to the poor attitude and lack of desire to help me I went around the corner to O’Reily where they were ready to go and help me. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone they seem to favor certain clients and if you have any questions they are not helpful at all.
