  Today was a tuff one until I came in to auto zone on ridge ave Cincinnati. Josh C. Store manager came three, he took the time to go over and beyond. He also was very understanding of what the issue was with my vehicle. I'm definitely bring my business back again. King

  I popped in here on a random afternoon just to grab a couple of quarts of oil. I didn’t expect much, but the staff were all so great. Engaging and friendly. Chipper even. I really appreciated it. The sort of thing that can turn your day around. Keep it up AutoZone staff.

  The heat should of my car came down while driving and even though they don't offer service, Rory offered to slide underneath and zip tie it until I could get to a shop to have it fixed. The staff also suggested where I could take it nearby and verified it was open on the weekend. Thank you team Auto Zone - Will highly recommend!
