Josh at auto zone was amazing I needed to get my battery checked, but ended up having to purchase a new one and he was there to swap it out and then everything to me I really appreciate him

Exceptional service from Josh Clark. He was so helpful at finding out the problem with my battery, swapped the old battery and replaced with the new battery. He was patient knowledgeable and helpful.

Store manager Josh Clark was very professional. You could tell he was the man in charge. Greeted every customer , answering phone calls English and Spanish!, all while assisting customers in line as well. He knows the store in and out and made sure everyone was help and didn’t wait long. Great customer service. He even put on my windshield for me. I will be coming only for Josh. He was amazing!

9-7-26. Misdirection and thieves. Closing manager knows nothing of the Autozone pledge. Poor customer service of a burnt out employee. Closing manager assigned blame for incorrect parts while customer never made any statements other than a request to verify correct part numbers. Charged for items by closing manager multiple times without consent. I will never visit this low morale location ever again.

The two staff I had encountered here were so friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They were able to check my engine light/scan it, provided me with detailed +printed results, personal recommendations, and explain logistics/detail in layman’s term (which was so great as someone who knows nothing about auto/cars). Everything was done under 10 mins (on a Saturday!) and I was out. Would 100% recommend.
