    Purchased my son his first truck, and subsequently went to this store to buy his first oil change. We stopped back by, my son walked in and asked if they accepted used oil. The manager, Robert just finished with an unpleasant customer. He let that carry over and yelled at my son. Extremely unprofessional. Advance should really reconsider letting him manage a store, considering Robert would have difficulty running a lemonade stand. He needs a job more fitting to his skill set, such as picking cigarette butts up from the parking lot.

    Being yelled at for needing a battery install is NOT professional regardless of weather or closing in 30 mins. I work in customer service and I would NEVER treat a customer this way even 5 mins before closing. Especially with something so stressful like needing a battery. Also because this location was out of stock and I needed to go to another location to get one and they were too short staff for installation. And to think I left a positive review here just a few months ago about the same employee! I will not return! Not that it matters if I do. But it seems some professional training is needed on customer service.
