- HLHeidi LudwigAug 21, 20265.0I came in for an oil change towards the end of the day. The techs were so friendly and fast, they went above and beyond. I had chemotherapy ithe next morning and having my car in shape before driving hours away while sick, is definitely peace of mind.

Never once did I feel like either one of them were trying to upsell or scam me. They both were genuinely human and excellent at their jobs. I appreciate them so much for all they did for me today, especially with the struggles to get the cabin air filter out.

Everyone was in a positive mood and looked to have great communication with one another. Impressive safety measures at the facility and everyone wore their correct PPE. Very nice to see coming from a safety background, I’m impressed.

Neil is always helpful and has a positive attitude during my visits and interactions with him at the Chillicothe Valvoline on Bridge Street. He is thorough and explains things. He offers additional services but is not pushy or overbearing. I’ve noticed a better overall experience at the shop the last several times I’ve visited for oil changes.
