  Josh was very helpful and friendly. His knowledge saved me since I ordered the wrong size tire by trusting the websites selection. I should’ve looked at the tire so my fault entirely and Josh stepped up and helped me out finding a tire in stock. I will definitely be back as service was also very fast for a tire change.

  1 star is too many! But since I have to leave at least 1 to comment, I guess they can have it. Long comment warning - but worth the read! My fiance won a gift card to TD so we decided to try this place for the first time for new tires. I called on a Thursday to make sure they had the size we needed in stock & were promised they did - so we set the appt for Saturday. This appt included all 4 tires, an alignment, mount, balance, oil change - the whole 9 yards! We thought we were getting a sweet deal! So we showed up on Saturday at 830a as previously scheduled, only to be told upon arrival that they only had 2 of the tires. They refused to do the oil change, saying we would receive a voucher to use for a future date. We said fine & rescheduled for Monday at 530p after work because they said all 4 tires would be available that day. We drove over an hour to get to our appt as planned. Dropped the car off & decided to get dinner while we waited. They called during dinner to say they only had 3 of the tires but they could go ahead & put them on. We asked if they could do the oil change as well, to which they wanted to argue again that the voucher was meant for a future appt. Well, this was the 'future' appt being that it was our 2nd visit, so they agreed to do it. Fine! We had to return yet again on Tuesday to get our 4th tire installed. We arrive again at 530p on Tuesday as planned for the 4th tire. They get it installed & bring the car out of the bay, only to say they 'forgot' to do the alignment. So we sat for another 45 mins for the 'quick' alignment to be done. They finally got everything done & we get back on the road. Only to find that the car is now pulling to the left! So we turned around & took it back, only to be met with attitude by the employee because 'they were closed now' & they claimed there 'must be something wrong with our car'.. although it drove just fine prior to them working on it! They wanted to set a FOURTH appt to correct yet another mistake! Unbelievable! I will never return nor recommend this place to anyone EVER! I'll be taking my vehicle elsewhere for the alignment & to check their work to ensure everything is up to par bc I have no faith in the quality of their work after everything. If you're ever thinking about using this place - just don't! Save yourself the hassle & go literally anywhere else.

  I wish I could put zero on the rating. Scheduled an appointment for new tires, alignment and an oil change at the Chillicothe TireDiscounters location. Drove 45 minutes for my scheduled appointment to then be told I’m sorry we don’t have the tire in stock but I can get you a smaller tire or come back tomorrow.
