  Josh was extremely helpful and worked to make sure my truck was aligned correctly. Even with a late call, close to closing, he was helpful and courteous. Couldn’t recommend this tire discounters store enough! Will continue to bring all our vehicles to this store for all our tire and alignment needs.

  Went in to get a full new set of tires and had them installed a while ago. The actual experience was easy and fairly quick. But recently got a flat and went to change it and realized that they used far to much torque on the lug nuts(far above the amount rated for the rims even). Lucky while no clear damage was done to the rim I had to strip several of the lug nuts to even get one tire off. Another tire the stud broke due to the dangerous amount of torque they used on my tires. Causing me to no longer have a car for a period of time. If you go here and get serviced I highly recommend going over each lug on each tire and making sure youll be able to remove them in case of a flat. The amount of torque they used on my rims is well above recommend and could have caused serious damage to my rims.

  Don't ever go to the Chillicothe store on bridge st. Had an appointment. The guy at the counter had no clue about it. Then told me it's normal for the lugnuts to so tight, that using a breaker bar and a section of pipe should get them loose.. wouldn't be able to change a flat tire on the road. Bar none the worst experience ever. I'm a retired mechanic. Everything he said to me was nothing more than bullshit. You've lost my business forever. And yes,, I'm putting it out on all social media platforms. The service completely sucked. Mainly the person at the counter.

  Rachel at the front desk took care of all details and questions I had. She was very welcoming, knowledgeable, polite, and more than helpful. The mechanics were nice and helpful, as well. For a walk in service, they were extremely quick! Rachel really deserves a raise or promotion as she is really wonderful!

  Tire discounters has lost our business. Would not rotate our tires didn't seem to know where our order was.Couldn't seem to find the most basic information on R.Vehicle, even though we had given it to them multiple times they got a girl in there who's about as intelligent as Taylor Swift and looks kind of like her, too.She needs to take herself right on out and go right about teardrops on her guitar because the girl can't work the computer or do anything. Got\n Quoted nearly a month ago came in to get the tires was told they had many in stock. Only to find out that they did not, the girl couldn't even find the order in the computer. So there was no real way for us to have saved ourselves a trip. Because the work order that we had, they didn't have it in the computer. Several requests to change actual name and incorrect phone numbers failed. We're going elsewhere! Unprofessional!!!! We understand about new people and not knowing what you're doing, but this is ridiculous.We have been trying to get the money saved up.So we can get new tires for months now and have been dealing with lack of intelligence for the most basic things , even pulling up an old car that we told them to take out of the system that we no longer own! On the other car that we had, they refused to give us the free alignment that was promised.Every time we took the car in there, they came out with a list of repairs stating that their policy was they couldn't do these things to align it until these repairs were done.And each time the repairs were done, and they would come up with another list and another list and another list.Finally we just gave up and with that's particular set of brand new tires , we were never , ever able to get our alignment! And now it seems we can't even get tired because they are incompetent at locating.Your information in a computer , maybe they should stop hiring kindergartners!!! And her name was rachel , so rachel needs to go play with taylor swift and learn how to play teardrops on the guitar!
