I do not know why these reviews are high. This was the slowest, most unprofessional service I have ever received. All they did was replace one front wheel and balance them . Took over an hour. Now here it is 24 hours later ,and I am hearing a clicking noise from my front left tire. And I don't know if it is from the balancing weight hitting the brake caliper from being improperly installed, or if the lugnuts are loose and my wheel is about to fly off . I am scared for my safety. I paid 190$ to have ONE TIRE replaced, and it was not even done correctly !! Absolutely terrible , I am very upset and will never recommend this place. I can't really blame the poor guy working there, he was the ONLY one doing work ... Said he has no help .. sad

I was three hours from my home in WV starting a lengthy road trip west when my trusty Subaru quit being trusty. I pulled into the first auto shop available and could not have been happier with the service. Zack and his team informed me I am in need of a new transmission. I checked into a hotel and in that time they helped me troubleshoot every option possible. My only regret is not having friends and family here to recommend this shop to.

Very fast, friendly service. Didn't even have to get out of my car. The technician explained everything he was doing and told us how much the service was going to be right up front. Was a little pricey, but understandably so given the service provided. Will definitely be back 👍
