  Rented 2 separate vehicles from here, both were clean & gassed up.staff was friendly & focused on each customer. Both times were super busy but they weren’t rude to anyone or rushed (and trust me there was some customers I wanted to smack for being rid and impatient) but staff was chill. I def will rent from her again. & fyi ppl -have patience & don’t be jerks-if you ever had a job then you know

  I rent a SUV once a month online and every Wednesday I go into pick up the vehicle. There is a woman that is always working that will try to make sure I get a SUV because that's what I'm more comfortable driving. She will even clean one out if ones not ready. She is absolutely amazing I think her name is Ally not 100 % sure but she is one of the hardest workers I've seen at the chillicothe location. I've been doing this for like 4 years now and they are always busy. At least 5 people at a time trying to rent a vehicle and the way she pushes through it. Getting people taken care of as fast as she can I'd definitely make her a employee of the year.

  What crap service picked a car up And it was covered in cat hair/dog hair In the back seats. When you rent a car You expected to be cleaned in between people using it.

  The car itself was fine, no issues there. However, I missed a call on my cell while at work and they left a voicemail, which was fine but then they called my workplace to follow up. What I didn't appreciate was being called at work just to be asked for a review that felt unnecessary.
