  Poor experience from start to finish. We reserved an suv with 3rd row seating online and weren't informed until we were in the office that the price didn't include a $300 deposit on top of the original price. The vehicle itself was fine. After dropping off when we got back from our trip, about 30 minutes later we realized we left our phone in the backseat so we reached out and they had already "cleaned" the vehicle and didn't find it, and had rented it back out. Upon calling the missing phone numerous times, the new renters had found it and alerted enterprise who told us they would give us a call once it was returned in a few days when the family was back from their trip. That call didn't come. On the day we were told we'd get the call we were the ones left calling enterprise for 2 hours before driving down hoping it's been returnedby now since it was getting closer to their closing time. We did get it back, and were given the reason it had just been dropped off 10 minutes before we showed up. Maybe so, but what excuse is there to have missed it upon inspection in the first place, and to not have answered the office phone for 2 hours. We understand it's our fault for forgetting it in the back, but this was very poorly handled from the beginning. Unfortunately, we won't be using them again.

  Rent from here numerous times every year for the past dozen years or so. Always pleasant to talk to, always happy to accommodate my last minute changes or special requests.
