  I had a Tire emergency and stopped in without an appointment appointment and was taken care of. I have always found this business to be honest. If I don't need a new tire. They tell me and they fix it. I was given an extremely reasonable price on two new tires and the staff is always courteous and helpful.

  We were sent to Mr. Tire by Enterprise Rent-A-Car because of an issue we were having with the sensors and a bad tire. We were so impressed by the staff and their fast work with getting us taken care of. Geo was amazing and had a fantastic sense of humor as well as did efficient and excellent work! Thank you so much for sending us there.

  Gio and his team saved the day for me. I had a tire blow out Memorial Day weekend on my way back to Columbus, and no one else even had my size tires in stock. They were able to find 2 tires at an affiliate location, pick them up, and get them changed out in a short amount of time, all same day, on Memorial Day. They quite literally saved the day when I was stranded. Thanks so much!

  Dropped off flat tire on Saturday. Employee behind desk was less than thrilled about my arrival. Took name and phone number, said tire would be ready Monday. No calls, no follow up. Went and got tire today, was ready Monday. The Mayfield office of this company was just plain rude.y car was stuck at work with a flat and they did not care.

  My son took his car in about a steering problem. They checked it out and warned him that it was dangerous to drive. He had to drive to Buffalo a few days later and they kept calling to get the parts in on time. They had the car repaired the day before he needed it. They were great and the work done was excellent. They also found another problem and repaired it at no cost to my son. I will definitely go back for other auto repair. They were also very friendly. Nothing negative to say about them or their work, would highly recommend.
