  The outsourced customer service quoted me an oil change price that the local location would not honor. Big customer service issue that soured the experience. You need to fix that!! The overseas call center needs to be aligned with the local store.

  My son took his car in about a steering problem. They checked it out and warned him that it was dangerous to drive. He had to drive to Buffalo a few days later and they kept calling to get the parts in on time. They had the car repaired the day before he needed it. They were great and the work done was excellent. They also found another problem and repaired it at no cost to my son. I will definitely go back for other auto repair. They were also very friendly. Nothing negative to say about them or their work, would highly recommend.
