  Oil change that took four hours and a battery replacement. Ruined my entire day as I waited for my car to be finished. I chose this place to help a local business but don’t ever want to return for anything else. The charge for synthetic oil is more than double anywhere else and I am sure they don’t pay a supplier a high price. $17.28 per quart is simply ridiculous pricing. You can buy a quart at auto zone for under $10 per quart. Sorry but I can’t recommend this place to others.

  I didn't have a great experience.The Mr Tire on Mayfield and SOM didn't have my tire and they had 2 days notice So then I had to drive to the Mr Tire in Chesterland. So I am not a happy camper

  We were visiting family and had car problems, went to the Mr Tire Chesterland location. Mr. Morales was very understanding, sympathetic and supportive - very good listening. Quickly diagnosed the problem(s), and provided several solutions based on our budget (which was VERY low). The work was done quickly, the 'fix' seems to have worked. Communication was great. I feel like I was treated fairly, and that it was 'worth it'. Would return here again (if ever needed). Thanks!
