- JFJoe FriihaufJul 1, 20261.0Be prepared for them to last minute screw you with a $300 security deposit. They dont advertise it on website. We had everything set up and ready to get in my rental, but nope. They require a deposit. I dont have an extra 300 so im walking. 100 degrees out . I wasted so much time setting it up only to be burned. So needless to say ill never go with them. That is shady business.
- JAJason AndersonJun 22, 20263.0Experience with the staff was wonderful. The car it's self was a Trojan-horse. Pick the car up on Friday. And did notice anything odd accept for a heavy air freshener smell drove the car home and it sat until Sunday. Morning when we headed out on a 650 miles road trip. And that's when the smell hit me. A heavy cigarette Smell and a strong pungent. smell of marijuana. Because it was sunday and they were closed I Reluctantly made the trip luckily, it was good weather and was able to keep the windows down for fresh air. I would suggest Not accepting a rental car that smells like it's been doused with air freshener.

I arrive and now it's an hour to an hour 1/2, okay I come back, no one's even inside the building, so I come back again, my ride has to leave and now it's "Oh sorry we actually don't have any cars," when a rental was handed off to someone that made a reservation on the spot.

Excellent customer service and as always, I truly appreciate the ride when I picked up and dropped off my vehicle. My vehicle was very nice and clean. Also very stylish.
