  After the recent hail storm I took my Silverado in for repair. This was the second time in 3 weeks I have used this place to fix my truck (previous time was car wash damage) Both times the girls up front (Amber) and the folks in the back did exceptional work. Each time I got my truck back it was spotless. Their communication throughout the process is outstanding, never leaving me wonder what to expect or where things stood. Hopefully I will never need them again - but if I do 100% rest assured I will take my vehicle here. 10/10 hands down.

  l used my insurance with this shop and I cannot imagine having to pay out of pocket. They will over quote your estimate to insurance and so insurance totals out the vehicle and then they steal what they can from your car, so How can I trust when I'm an out of pocket customer. My vehicle was estimated totaled at chardon square collision which they notified my insurance and so l cancelled the claim and picked up my "totaled" vehicle. Upon pickup I noticed all of my badges and emblems for my vehicle were missing. I questioned the manager and they said "it must have broke during inspection" when I pointed out that I had front end collision and that the badges on my trunk were missing they blamed their parking lot for not being fully fenced in so someone must’ve snuck in and stole it. Let me remind you this is in a smaller town on the same street within a mile of the police station AND their lot has a gate. Me and my insurance received a quote close to 9 thousand dollars and that made insurance deem it totaled not to mention the quote received along with most of the paperwork has a third party company printed all over it and the fact it took close to a month to notify me or my insurance. I visited Middlefeild foreign auto and my quote was less than half of that. Now I have a clean title after cancelling my claim and a trust worthy mechanic.

  Extremely professional and super sweet. Carly answered my million phones calls as I have NEVER damaged a vehicle in my 27 years and helped me through the process and to make sure I did everything correctly. I also want to thank who took the time on my car to make it nice on the inside as well after replacing my bumper and pretty much the whole front under carriage of my highlander. I want to be clear as well no its not the cheapest option that will take 3 days (for what I needed) but you are paying for expertise, efficiency, and care instead of a bandaid. They take care of you AND your car. Amazing job and excellent service will highly recommend.
