- JMJamie MelsonAug 25, 20261.0My vehicle has never leaked oil. Valvoline changed my oil and it immediately started leaking. Took the car back to Valvoline the next day and they claimed to fix it. Woke up the next morning to oil on the ground again. Went back to Valvoline again today and they refused to take fault.

When asked if I wanted them to inspect the air filters I declined, that was not communicated as the tech under the hood already had it out and sat it on the engine, and it was literally tossed back at him. The whole thing was so disorganized, to the point where one of the guys working there actually said "what is this waiting for". I never saw anyone check my battery, but I could have missed it as I was scrolling on my phone, and my TPMS sensors show that nobody put air in my tires...both of which are reflected as checked on my invoice. Although they quickly showed me the dipstick nobody went over anything that was done to my vehicle.

They were already untrustworthy from the get go, and made my experience much more stressful than it needed to be. When I came here to get a simple oil change, one of the employees snuck and fiddled around with my battery without my permission. I was curious to see what was wrong with my car, and even the manager confirmed that the battery should not be messed with or tampered with under any circumstance. It’s pretty shady, and it makes me wonder how many other customers have been screwed over by this Valvoline in the past. Also, the prices for oil changes are WAY too expensive here. Will NOT be back!
