  If there was a choice to give zero out of five stars, I definitely would. We dropped off the truck the night before after scheduling an appointment, saying it would be done in the morning, they called at 11 am the next morning asking “which wheels needed be to replaced” even though the night before we were very specific and told them which ones need to be replaced. I followed up a couple hours later after their original call and they said they were “balancing” the wheels. After about an hour and a half I went to the shop and the wheels weren’t even started. We asked for our keys back and spoke to the “manger Brad” and his young coworker “Jude” and they were speechless and didn’t apologize or acknowledge that they lied to us on the phone. On top of their rude uncaring behavior, they didn’t tell us that they broke our driver window and that it didn’t close. Terrible service and won’t ever come back. We will be speaking to hire up authority.

  They know what they're doing, their professional and courteous, they don't make up things that are wrong worth your car. I can't think of better praise than their honest good competent people!

  I brought my vehicle in after this shop was recommended and in-network as a part of my SilverRock coverage. They were able to get me in and with a tentative diagnosis quickly. They addressed the covered issue and also identified that I needed my spark plugs replaced. They charged me over $500 for labor and spark plug replacement which is why I am giving them 2 stars. This is extremely high even above dealership repair prices

  I wanted to recognize JC for outstanding customer service. He took the time to help me with a tire issue on my Acura, quickly identified the problem, and got me safely back on the road. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and genuinely cared about helping. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, JC stands out.
