- HMHerbert MorrisAug 26, 20242.0Under new management at Whipp Rd. Washington Twp, OH location and they have insisted the car’s computer system is wrong. For a 2010 Toyota Corolla it’s 5000 miles between oil changes via the computer system that lights up at 5000 miles, not 3000 for conventional oil change. They wrote it on the receipt. This is a money grab. Under previous owners 5000 miles was correct, now it’s not. This is a money grab and I’d advise not to go to this specific location..

Couldn’t change my headlight, couldn’t change my fuel filter, couldn’t tighten my parking brake, improperly inflated tires, no one on the staff could even tell me the difference between a conventional or standard oil. I will be filing a formal complaint.
