  Was put in an economy level vehicle when was supposed to be in a Midsize vehicle. Sat on hold for 15 mins, then "my call could not be transferred" and their system dropped the call LOL. This vehicle also not only was a downgrade, but should be retired from the fleet. Had some type of adhesive that was unsightly and scratches/scrapes throughout.

  Staff were very kind and supportive. They got me in my rental car very quickly. I didnt get the car I selected, I got a much better much nicer car.

  This location is great! We needed a full size SUV but they didn't have exactly what we needed on the rental day. An employee understood our situation, called around to other Enterprise locations, found one that met our needs, and drove there to pick it up for us. That is great service!

  It's a bait and switch. I ordered a three row Dodge Durango. When I got there they didn't have it even though I got a confirmation number. I needed a 7 passenger SUV and all they had was a Mercedes Benz. Of course it $125.00 more than what i ordered. They didn't care and I needed a 7 passenger vehicle. Also, the car was on E and it takes premium gas. Fill up was $124. I am beyond livid and will NEVER rent from Enterprise again.
