- MFMegan FJun 23, 20261.0I bought my Mazda CX-5 brand new from here last year. Your salesman’s are excellent and that’s where anything good ends. It’s been a nightmare every time I needed to drop my car off for service. Recently I had a hitch ordered and the parts guy said service would get ahold of me to schedule a time to install it by that coming Monday. I waited over a week and got ahold of them. They were supposed to then call me back to schedule an appointment. I waited 3 weeks and called back. I had to call 3 times in that day just to talk to Kyle. It finally gets installed and I Get my car back and the hitch they installed looks rusted and used and they cut a hole out of my bumper to jam it on there like it’s the wrong hitch for my car. it looks like trash now. The way they cut into my bumper isn’t big enough to put a bike rack around the hitch. I Asked the operator to send me to management or someone that could help me when they ignored me for a few weeks And was sent to Kyle’s voicemail. Called again today and was sent to voicemail again
