  I bought my Mazda CX-5 brand new from here last year. Your salesman’s are excellent and that’s where anything good ends. It’s been a nightmare every time I needed to drop my car off for service. Recently I had a hitch ordered and the parts guy said service would get ahold of me to schedule a time to install it by that coming Monday. I waited over a week and got ahold of them. They were supposed to then call me back to schedule an appointment. I waited 3 weeks and called back. I had to call 3 times in that day just to talk to Kyle. It finally gets installed and I Get my car back and the hitch they installed looks rusted and used and they cut a hole out of my bumper to jam it on there like it’s the wrong hitch for my car. it looks like trash now. The way they cut into my bumper isn’t big enough to put a bike rack around the hitch. I Asked the operator to send me to management or someone that could help me when they ignored me for a few weeks And was sent to Kyle’s voicemail. Called again today and was sent to voicemail again

  I just leased my fourth vehicle with Kempthorn Motors! I've always had a positive experience at the dealership & can't say enough about the sales & finance team. Bob Novak has always helped me through what can be a rather stressful time and puts me at ease during my car-buying experience. He is very knowledgeable, compassionate and is never "high-pressure". And Donnie Whittington, in the finance department, is super helpful and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly before you "sign on the dotted line".   We leased a VW in 2015, moved around a bit in cars for a while and 100% came back to lease an Atlas this week because of Ruth. She is so detail oriented and really takes the time to go through features and suitability, she is brilliant. I randomly walked in 2 weeks ago and Jay was the one to talk over numbers with me and I really appreciate the level of professional care I was given. I had been in 3 other dealerships that morning and every one of them brushed me off. I think it was meant to be that my family made a full circle from family of 2 in a Jetta 11 years ago, to family of 5 in an Atlas. We are thankful that both salespersons let us take a little time to make sure we got it right! You guys are so great! And thank you to Donnie for getting us in and out of finance in 15 minutes with our two boys in tow. Record time!
