Store on (62) Honestly I came into the store because I needed a bolt that was stripped on my oil pan just loosened up and they got my car in quick everything is going good they bring me back to my car. After it got lifted and showed me how the bolt was too stripped and said it’s not able to come out with how stripped it Is so I would need to get a new oil pan And I asked them if I could get a quote on it took me back to the front and quoted it at $201.78 🤯 not even the bad part I told them to do it then waited around 40 minutes for them to bring me back in the garage to look at the car and all of a sudden it has a new bolt on it and they told me that my car has a major leak and I’m going to need to pay to get the oil pan done if I want it driveable and that is going to be $650. I told them I denied there services went home and started working on my oil pan got the pan with life time warranty for $60 and the silicone for 12.99 got it done in half hour and got it done and waiting for it to finishing drying for tomorrow to run. But as I was taking it apart I noticed there was black oil that was coming out my oil pan when letting it out after just getting a oil change 2 mins away from my house it shouldn’t have black thick oil and they told me it looked like “i” used a screwdriver on the bolt. But when I took it off bam leaks rt by where they took off my bolt that has a hole in it and that they supposedly couldn’t get. But now want me to pay more for there mistake that they’re blaming as mine?!!!!!

A great place to go if you have a brand new car with minor issues or if are trying to rebuild an older model car from nuts and bolts to the engine and transmission. Anything in between just find a handy mechanic and ride it til the wheels fall off lol. 8k to fix a 2010 is diabolical that's a down payment on a new vehicle ijs

It was my first time at Van’s and I will definitely be back and I will recommend it to my friends and family. It’s nice to finally have a place that’s honest in this, too many times, dishonest industry. Thank you.😊
