Deshon took care of my vehicle, and he was exceptionally knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient from start to finish. What I appreciated most was his honesty—he went over the vehicle inspection clearly without being pushy at all about recommended add-on services. It’s rare to find auto service that combines top-notch technical skill with great customer care and zero pressure. I highly recommend visiting this location and asking for Deshon for your next oil change!

Deshon, the manager, took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently, answering every question I had without making me feel rushed or pressured into any additional services. That level of honesty and professionalism is hard to find. Tyler was equally welcoming and friendly, and the positive attitude throughout the entire team was noticeable from start to finish. When they showed me my cabin air filter, I couldn’t believe how dirty it was—it was completely packed with leaves! In addition to my oil change, they rotated my tires, and the entire visit was completed in less than 30 minutes without sacrificing quality. What impressed me most was their commitment to safety. The technicians communicated constantly with one another, verbally confirming safety checks and ensuring every step of the process was completed correctly. It was obvious they take both efficiency and customer safety seriously. I normally take my vehicle to Ford, but they happened to be closed today. Looking back, I’m glad they were because it led me to Valvoline. This experience far surpassed my expectations, and I’ve definitely found a place I’ll be returning to. The price is unmatched compared to the price and services offered at Ford. Highly recommend!
