- CCChezka ClementeAug 15, 20261.0Extremely Disappointing Experience My husband’s tire got a screw in it, so he made an appointment the day before and dropped his car off at 9:30 AM as scheduled. We didn’t receive a call that the car was ready until around 3 PM. When we arrived to pay and pick up the car, my husband checked the tire and they had REPLACED THE WRONG TIRE! How do you replace a tire without first checking the tire that was specifically brought in because it had a screw in it? We then had to wait another 90 minutes at the shop while they corrected their mistake. What was even more disappointing was that they immediately said the tire needed to be replaced. They didn’t even offer to patch it or properly check where the screw was located to determine whether a repair was possible. This was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. A simple tire issue turned into hours of waiting because of a mistake that should have been easily avoidable. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. I would not recommend this place!

The staff at Mr. Tire in Canton was a lifesaver on a Sunday morning, when not much was open. They diagnosed my problem, set it right, and sent me on my way home. My grateful thanks!

They filled it for me several times until we decided to find out what was causing the issue. There was a nail and a screw in the tire. They patched the tire. It did not take long at all. The tire had been perfect ever since! Super service and the price was great!
