  Hunter picked me up at MAE Collision and took me back to the office to get my rental. He is so friendly, easy to talk to and sweet. Everybody that I dealt with at the Whipple Ave. location were tremendous! Thank you for having great people working for you.

  After 20 minutes on hold (and still no answer), the repair shop finally got ahold of the manager on their personal cell. Even with an appointment, they were 40 minutes late picking me up. Then I had to wait another 40 minutes for my vehicle to be ready when I finally arrived at the shop. I will not be coming back.

  I had a horrible experience at the Belden Village location. Reserved an extra large SUV for a vacation because we needed the extra space. Got there at our reservation time and the lady helping us made us wait off to the side while she checked in the whole line of people behind us, only to be told that they didn’t have the SUV. I never received a phone call to warn me about this. She said they would try to locate it and bring it in. Once again never received a phone call to let us know if or when they got it in. So we returned the next morning hoping to get the SUV and we were told they gave it away the day before. The lady helping me didn’t even try to help us find an alternative vehicle. She got defensive right away and blamed me. She said she called us many times but obviously that was a lie. We never received a call and I even had her check to make sure she had the correct number. She seemed to be enjoying the fact that she gave the SUV away and was extremely rude. Will never be back to this location. Because of this experience I would not recommend this site. If you need a rental vehicle use the Akron/Canton airport location. They were very helpful and immediately got a van for me. The people there are very kind and helpful.

  Had a rental through insurance that was sent to this Enterprise location. The insurance company approved a full size, 3 row SUV and Enterprise stuck me in a tiny crossover. I was told that they didn't have anything larger available but they would call me if anything came back in. I drove by the lot on multiple occasions and saw numerous full size SUVs sitting there but was told every single time that they had already been rented out. My assumption is that they didn't want to give me one because the insurance reimbursement rate is lower than what they can get by renting it out to an individual. If they don't want to honor their agreements with insurance companies, they should terminate them. Extremely dishonest business practices. If you have another choice, avoid this location and Enterprise in general.
